Extremely scruffy and dodgy looking character who is out to grab your money at all costs. Highly unprofessional. For landlords, will produce fake invoices to claim money. And for tenants, will never respond to phone calls if there is any problem with the house.
11th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Do not rent with Cool cribs!! Pictures on website used to advertise are a scam…The buildings are old and falling apart with rats!!! They will try to cheat you out of your deposit by entering your room when your not home & cause damage so they can hold your deposit to take deductions do yourself a favour stay clear of cool cribs
