28th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)After spending 4 months with another Agent that had no viewings and no enquiries, we moved the property to Williams and it was sold within two weeks.
18th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)Very disappointed with our experience with Newton & Co. Poor customer service. Very difficult to get through to people when you really needed to, which created undue stress and frustration. Quite often we had to chase them up to get feedback following viewings.
26th May 2026 (19 days ago)Haven't even viewed the property yet and have already shown red flags, no photos of the home but demands a garantor before you could even want to view. And very rude, no regard for working scheduals for prospective renters, never asked availability before booking in for a viewing sent us an appointment we where unable to do due to work! After telling them this they replied with well this is the only appointment available due to high interest after not contacting us for nearly 2 weeks, extremely unprofessional behaviour and shows red flags in the way they conduct buisness I feel very sorry for the landlord using them, if this is how they are treating prospective tennants already before a viewing can't imagine how they treat them when they sign the tenancy. They don't even end an email with the person your talking too, I'd advise landlords to avoid this company if they want decent renters and want to keep them.
21st Feb 2026 (16 weeks ago)Goodwin Fish were responsive, attentive and professional throughout and straightforward and helpful in their dealings. They were confident in the service they were providing and I felt throughout that they were giving me an accurate appraisal rather than saying what they thought I wanted to hear. They were always on time, responded quickly and helpfully to communications from me- including altering times at short notice to suit me. The viewing process was well managed. The whole team made the whole process surprise-free and painless.

The process can be gruelling and lengthy however Devon was always in touch and would get back to me regarding queries promptly. I feel he is a credit to your branch and I have been overall very pleased with how he dealt with our our purchase.

24th Mar 2026 (12 weeks ago)Very disappointed with my experience. I was interested in a property they advertised and made several attempts to arrange a viewing. Over the last 2 months I called around 10 times, but every time I was given unclear information. On my last call, I was told the property had already been sold without anyone informing me earlier. In my experience, the staff were not honest and the communication was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this estate agent and suggest others be careful when dealing with them.

Very professional service offered that comes across personalised, they capture every piece of detail so your property can be showcased on all digital platforms. From hosting viewings to relaying feedback pretty much as it arrives, the communication and service throughout has truely been amazing. We are being kept in the loop at every step of the process.

For some reason, she picked up the phone but didn't say 'Hello', and then pressed me for the full postcode of a property listed on Rightmove even though the agent hasn't listed it. She clearly struggled with English and simply fobbed me off. Woeful agents.

Samuel makepeace were amazing at arranging a viewing and dealing with my offer and acceptance in record time. Fast forward just over three months we have move in date set in the next two weeks time. Ella thank you for all your hard work, outstanding communication and of course being lovely friendly and professional with every communication we had. Thanks again all and I look forward to seeing you in a few weeks to collect my keys. Thank you for helping my impossible become my impossible

2nd Jun 2026 (12 days ago)a horrible company to work with. do not go here. useless at picking up phone calls. pass all there work to overseas virtual assistance who help you with nothing. they are a scam company, disorganized, rude and they still haven't refunded payments to me thats owed over 4 months. will take to small claims court if the payments are not cleared within the week of this review. The owner should be ashamed of this set up. I have 120 properties and worked with multiple agents over my businesses and this is by far the worst. they are a joke and i wouldn't be surprised if they didn't have proper compliance and insurance structurer behind there company set up. do not work with them.
