They were confident in the service they were providing and I felt throughout that they were giving me an accurate appraisal rather than saying what they thought I wanted to hear. They were always on time, responded quickly and helpfully to communications from me- including altering times at short notice to suit me. The viewing process was well managed. The whole team made the whole process surprise-free and painless.

The process can be gruelling and lengthy however Devon was always in touch and would get back to me regarding queries promptly. I feel he is a credit to your branch and I have been overall very pleased with how he dealt with our our purchase.

1st Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)Review for Mrs. Paula & Our Landlord I want to leave a heartfelt review for Mrs. Paula from Urban, because she truly deserves it. Every time we needed something, no matter how small or how complicated, she was always there for us. She has never left us without help, not even once. Through all the repairs, the work in the house, the appointments, the problems that came up — she stood by us every single time. It means a lot to have someone who listens, who understands, and who truly cares about the tenants. Thanks to Mrs. Paula, everything was handled professionally, quickly, and with kindness. We appreciate her more than words can say. We also want to thank our landlord, who has been amazing as well — truly 10 out of 10. Both Mrs. Paula and our landlord have shown us respect, patience and support, and we are very grateful for that. Thank you for always being there for us. You made a big difference.

10th Oct 2025 (11 mo. ago)Stay away from this agent.Was renting a flat for 3 years,did loads of improvement pay with my own money,never late with rent.Now lm fighting for my deposit to be return because one wall was paited to "dark" and owen not clean. Lorrain very unprofesional and lying about stuff ,no anwsers to emails,playing victim when confronted,make sure you get all in emails not over the phone to have a proof!Should be zero star rating!!!
19th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)Storeys met their claims of a quality service, pricing and following through the sales process. Marketing was superb attracting over 26 viewings and many offers.We got feeling that they were a close team from Ian's first visit through each team member to exchange. The property was unusual insofar that it had been in the family for over 100 years and was yet to be on the land registry. It was explained clearly to potential buyers by the team, presented no issues and resulted in quick offers. Storeys are not cheap but showed they can set the value correctly, market, sell quickly and keep on top of conveyancing surpassing poor service seen from a competitor. Dont just go for low fees its service that matters.

21st Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Trying to find a new home is very stressful, I've seen lots of houses, with lots of different agents and they're not all equal. I want to say how great I found Rooftops Lettings. The communication was fantastic, emails, phone calls pre-viewing and follow up when they said they would. The lady I dealt with, Louise, was amazing. So friendly, honest and genuine. The process was very straightforward, Louise was so professional and made me feel really special when she contacted me to say we'd been successful, she was genuinely happy for us. I can't recommend them enough, not all agents treat you like a human being, Rooftops really really do. Thanks Louise.

5th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Went for a viewing and was told at that viewing that if I wanted to put in an application then I had to either email or call but no one would be able to receive either until the next day. I called as soon as they opened the next day and was told that the system was being slow but they would send me the application. I emailed after a few hours as I hadn’t heard anything and found that the email address they had communicated with me on had an out of office for a week so emailing wouldn’t do anything. I called them again and was told that the other person I had viewed with had put in an application and holding fee before I had called (which was as soon as they opened). I’m not sure if I believe that but regardless, they gave me incorrect information which cost me a property.

13th Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)I AM DISAPPOINTED AND FEEL DISGUSTED WITH THIS COPANY we had come here and they was lovely in the beginning and understood everything with us and we moved in thier has been problem after problem I have a little baby and I have contacted them about mold and rats and all sorts thier out of hours number is copy and pasted I have been in several times to show how the mold is affecting even are furniture they just say somone will be in touch it has been months my child has been very ill but as 2 parents and thier baby we haven’t got much other options even when we brought up rats coming through having to sort it out selves they just said sorry in an email that was it I wouldn’t recommend trying to contaminate with these people they have no time for anyone I thought they was lovely at first and really wanted to help they left me without a working bath or sink for over a month !!!! I’m disgusted
