23rd Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)I’ve been with DH1 Lettings and Sales for over 7 years, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better service. They managed and looked after my house while it was rented out, and more recently they successfully (and very quickly!) sold it for me – all while I was living abroad in Dubai. They’re a genuine family business who really care, not only about their landlords but also about the tenants. Communication has always been excellent, and I’ve always felt my property was in safe hands. Sean endeavoured to explain each step and ensure I was informed along the way. He and Jan are also incredibly friendly and genuinely knowledgeable.

21st Aug 2023 (3 years ago)Jools was so helpful, she knew everything about the area, she took the most amazing pictures and marketed the house in a way that almost made me want to buy it! From knowing about the benefits of the kind of windows we had to knowing the direction the garden and the way lighting would change through the day. Everything! You'd think it was her house the way she spoke about it. She was amazing. And on top of all that, the most genuinely nice and helpful person. I couldn't have wished for anyone nicer to help us with the sale. We had previously spoken to other estate agents but Jools just put us totally at ease and made it so much less stressful than we ever thought it could be. I can't thank her and her team enough!

4th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Anthony Hay at True Homes went above and beyond the call of duty in relation to this sale. The property had to be sold on the death of a family member but one of the beneficiaries to the estate of the deceased made selling the property exceptionally difficult as they did all they could to obstruct the sale while at the same time demanding their inheritance from the estate (the greater part of which was of course the property which they wished to remain in rent free). Anthony calmly remained patient and eventually we overcame the obstacles and achieved the sale.

Cathryn and Shannon were brilliant from day one and always easy to get hold of whenever we needed anything.<br><br>We had a bit of a rollercoaster with two buyers falling through, but they kept at it and thankfully the third buyer completed a couple of weeks ago! They were great at keeping us updated and also helped chase things along when the solicitor was moving a bit slowly.<br><br>Thanks again to Cathryn and Shannon for all your help and for sticking with us through the ups and downs. Would definitely recommend!

Michael has very good knowlege and was able to also refer us on to other processionals within the industry. Praise would definitely use again
