3rd Jun 2024 (8 weeks ago)Five stars really isn’t enough to convey our gratitude to Carters Estate Agents for their ongoing support & excellent service during the sale of our property. From our first meeting to value our property, they were incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. Our sale has been a complicated one, with a large chain & several issues from our initial developer (new build), which has meant Carters have had to liaise with many third parties to provide thorough and regular updates. They have checked in with us throughout, offering moral support as well as everything else. Without their support, our move would have been so much more stressful. A big thank you & shout out to Alex who we have worked with throughout. Alex you are fantastic at your job, and have been an absolute star for us from start to finish. Thank you so much, we are extremely grateful and couldn’t recommend you enough!

She had so much patience and chased when I needed her to without complaint or delay. Without Jordan's effort I would not have completed before Christmas, she knew this was important to me and did everything in her power to make this happen. Jessica and Rob were also brilliant when Jordan was out of office. They really are a fantastic team. The little goodie box when I completed was such a lovely touch and shows that they really care. Julie was an absolute pleasure to deal with; she was polite, friendly, reassuring and persistent. She encompasses everything you need from an estate agent. We hope to not need an estate agent again for a long time but wouldn't hesitate to use Cartwright Hands if we did. Highly recommended.

9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)Atkinson satilgoe have been amazing to us! We needed to move from 1 property to another pretty quick, and Ben made that happen. They are very efficient and quick to get us into the new property within 2 weeks all checks and paper work was done within a couple of weeks communication is great. They also gave us a moving in gift whitch is a very nice touch. I would highly recommend Atkinson stilgoe in balsall common.

18th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS BEWARE! This agency is atrocious towards tenants, especially international students because they know they can get away with it. They'll bug you when they want your money but will ghost you and keep you guessing until you pester them when you need their help. They're unnecessarily strict to the point of troubling everyone, even themselves. My landlord wanted to charge us £400+ just for overgrown grass and they blindly sided with the landlord, despite market price of grass cutting being around £100 - £200 max. Had to go through so many hoops and many months of dispute just to get our deposit back. Would give them a lower rating if I could.- 17th Jul 2024 (10 days ago)Despite troubles with our references, the lettings team have remained friendly and communicative to help us sort out alternatives. Picked up the keys to the new place this morning and couldn't be happier :)

5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
