Very friendly and helpful staff. Thanks to Karis for keeping us informed and chasing up solicitors etc to get things done quickly.
Karis, Sarah and the rest of the team were brilliant during the sale of our house, very communicative and friendly.
We were very unlucky as we had 2 purchases fall through on us but they were very helpful finding plenty of properties for us when we were back on the search.
Excellent and personable service as well as being upfront about fees with no hidden extra costs.
Huge thank you to Jag & especially Karen for all the help they have given over the house sale. This is the third time I have not only used Your Move, but I went to them because of Karen’s fantastic service that she has provided in the past too. Above and beyond what any other estate agent can possibly provide. Keep doing what you are doing Your Move! ????
We were attempting to move house, arranging everything necessary, doing all we could do while Your Move basically expected us to jump through hoops to get anywhere. They left it until the last minute to tell us certain information and then when they finally decided that we could move in to our new house, they would not accept reasonable methods of payment and informed us that we would have to pay over twice as much as we expected in order to pick up the keys, saying we had signed something we had not signed. The amount they asked us for included charges we had previously known nothing about including something for which we were under the impression we had already paid.
As we have had to give up our current rented house on the basis that we would be moving a week ago, Your Move have now left a family homeless all because they don't do their job properly.
We thought they were a reputable company but leaving things until the last minute, messing people around, leaving them homeless, causing lost income by having to take time off work to move when they aren't actually going to be able to move anyway, charging more than expected and claiming someone's signature is on something when they haven't signed anything nor been given a copy of something they are meant to have signed are not the actions of a reputable company.
Ive seen 5 houses only 1 i like put in offer for 2. Had to get my reference money back of £180 because i havent got anywhere with them. Bare in mind im disabled and they have me looking at 2 propertys in a day. Both miles away from each other where i have to walk. Only to be told that theres someone already put application in. Then why show me.
