The team at Reeds Rains in Bedworth are just excellent. I've just completed an 18 month tenancy managed by them. They were always efficient and responded quickly to any concerns. Correspondence with the landlord was always handled efficiently and there were never any problems.

I have just received the phone call from Wayne at Carters to tell me that my new tenants have just signed on the dotted line and are about to move in.
Considering how much I was dreading the process, it has been trouble free and such a smooth transition from it being my home to having tenants move in.
Carters have handled everything for me, they found tenants carried out all of the references, organised gas & electric checks and gave me some simple pointers to help make the property more attractive.

We were attempting to move house, arranging everything necessary, doing all we could do while Your Move basically expected us to jump through hoops to get anywhere. They left it until the last minute to tell us certain information and then when they finally decided that we could move in to our new house, they would not accept reasonable methods of payment and informed us that we would have to pay over twice as much as we expected in order to pick up the keys, saying we had signed something we had not signed. The amount they asked us for included charges we had previously known nothing about including something for which we were under the impression we had already paid.
As we have had to give up our current rented house on the basis that we would be moving a week ago, Your Move have now left a family homeless all because they don't do their job properly.
We thought they were a reputable company but leaving things until the last minute, messing people around, leaving them homeless, causing lost income by having to take time off work to move when they aren't actually going to be able to move anyway, charging more than expected and claiming someone's signature is on something when they haven't signed anything nor been given a copy of something they are meant to have signed are not the actions of a reputable company.
So far I've had nothing but exemplary service from Josh and André. We were unsure about selling our house for months, but André's effective approach of touching base to see how we were, and to see what our plans were, won us over. They are both amazingly approachable, presented well, and have one of the best attitudes and customer service level that I have seen in years. Highly recommend, let's hope the hard work turns in to a sale soon!! Thanks, Tom
