Grace Foster was also very helpful. When it came to selling, Phil Cantell was of great service, finding the buyer first and then helping maintain good communication with them throughout. Highly recommended. Thanks to all.

26th Apr 2024 (6 days ago)I have recently sold my flat through Foxtons Auctions and the whole process has been streamlined and professional. The were transparent and open about discussions and feedback from the outset. I received a telephone call almost daily giving me an update on the viewings of the previous day and the feedback provided by interested parties. The online platform is easy to use and you can keep up to date with feedback and potential viewings. The service I received was not corporate in fashion; it felt bespoke, and I often joked with the team that it very much felt the whole of Foxtons was working solely for my flat. I thank the whole team, but a special thank you to Anne, Antony, Bronwyn, Kieran and Mohsen. There are many estate agents across the Marylebone and Mayfair area; if it is a personal and bespoke service you require, then I strongly recommend Foxtons.

18th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)I've had some good and some bad experiences throughout my 1.5-year tenancy at a flat managed by Chesterons. Unfortunately it ended pretty poorly. Despite having handed over the keys at the end of January 2024, they have yet to complete the end-of-tenancy procedures and have been extremely unresponsive to email.

Fortunately, it was Gyan that answered the phone, and we couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. Gyan took the time to find out exactly what was important to us and only sent us details of properties that were the right fit, which really helped as we were both working full-time and based in Manchester meaning time was at a premium. Gyan’s communication was great throughout via phone, email and Whatsapp depending on the situation. Viewings were always on time and very professional. The standout for us was that Gyan was infinitely patient and never too busy to answer our queries.
29th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)Terrible agency. Stay away. They let out a flat where the boiler wasn't working from day one of the tenancy. When a call out was made at the weekend on Saturday I was told that it was not an emergency and not having ANY heating/ hot water during Winter with a 3 year old living in the house didn't classify as an emergency so the contractor would only be sent on the Monday, which they then did.

20th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Excellent lettings, horrible tenancy management. I rented my apartment in 2020 through 'Reliable Homes' which was later acquired by 'Drivers & Norris'. After this acquisition, getting a reply from the agency on any non-emergency issue became a test of patience, though to their credit they would 'eventually' get the issue resolved. Few times this became extremely stressful, for example when it took me 6 months and several emails, including notices of formal complaint to the The Property Ombudsman, to get my tenancy deposit back after vacating the apartment in a perfectly fine condition.
