She's real, caring, and very down to earth. It's almost like there is no boundary between her and the tenant. Complete empathy. After a really bad experience with another estate agent, I feel truly blessed. Greenstone Estate Agents are so humane in their approach. They treat tenants with respect. One doesn't feel like a statistic. The situation is tailored around the tenant. Thank you Sara! You're a star! Thank you Lewis! Thank you Greenstone Estates! 9th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)Owners should avoid using Westways. As a renter, Westways are the agents to represent landlords. We are renting a place through Westways, where there have been persistent issues. In addressing these issues, Westways persistently show a lack of care and professionalism when addressing these matters. A key issue being, ignoring most matters being raised, taking an extended time to respond to any matters raised and primarily will be an acknowledgement over any possible action, looking to first blame the tenant prior to assessing any issues, sending inadequate contractors to assess issues with a house, and using incorrect contractors to fix issues which ultimately lead to additional issues. Whilst in some instances the house may inherently present issues, the lack of care and professionalism is evident. The comedy of issues we have faced have led to inadequate living conditions we are paying rent for. Additionally, by using their 'own' contractors and not appropriate contractors, issues persist and it leads to a more costly issue for owners. I am not a professional but what I do know is, if you have an issue with plumbing, send a plumber. If the same person who addressed an electricity matter is also tending to a plumbing issue, how can they do a better job than a plumber?

We’d had an awful experience with Sanford’s in Regents Park and he completely restored our faith helping us secure a beautiful flat. His communication is top notch I never had to chase for anything and he was always willing to go above and beyond to help provide access when needed to set up utilities. The whole process was fast, smooth and so professional. Thank you Glen and Compton Reeback!
1st Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)We’ve been with Sales and Letting Ltd for about 8 and a half years, and I’ve always had a great experience. They are very reliable, trustworthy, and always keep their word. Any time an issue came up, they handled it quickly and professionally. I’m genuinely happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.
3rd Feb 2019 (7 years ago)This estate agents manage the property I am in at the moment. I cannot fault them. They have always been on point with their services eversince I moved in. There were a few teething problems with them at the beginning but then things started to smooth out. I find myself always bothering Krishan with repair issues, he is very patient and deals with these matters very quickly and efficiently. This morning (Sunday) my hot water and heating stopped working. As soon as I text Krishan and told him he was onto an electrician straight away. Moments later the company called and told me they would be here within 30 mins. By 12 he was here and fixing the problem. All of this within 2 hours. So yes very helpful indeed so I would highly recommend them.

He drove me around to view 5 different properties and was attentive throughout, making sure each one matched what I was actually looking for. Professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Although I ended up renting elsewhere, the service from Almer was excellent and I'd happily recommend him to anyone searching in the area.
