9th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)Greenstone managed the property I rented, and Marta was an amazing property manager throughout my 6 year tenancy. She was always reachable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Communication was always clear and consistent, which made everything really smooth from start to finish. Very grateful for all her support. If you are looking to rent through Greenstone, you’ll be in very good hands!
28th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Very rude and unprofessional owner. He shouted at me simply for looking at the property listings outside the agency. My wife and I are currently looking to buy a house or flat in Little Venice, so we were naturally looking at properties in the area.<br><br>He treated me as though he thought I was a criminal or that I was doing something wrong, which I found extremely rude and intimidating. The entire interaction was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I would not recommend dealing with this agency.

He is professional, friendly, very responsive, and made the overall experience of moving abroad very straightforward and manageable. He explained the process, sent timely reminders about the next steps, and seamlessly negotiated the terms with my landlord. He is an absolute pleasure to work with!
1st Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)We’ve been with Sales and Letting Ltd for about 8 and a half years, and I’ve always had a great experience. They are very reliable, trustworthy, and always keep their word. Any time an issue came up, they handled it quickly and professionally. I’m genuinely happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.
3rd Feb 2019 (7 years ago)This estate agents manage the property I am in at the moment. I cannot fault them. They have always been on point with their services eversince I moved in. There were a few teething problems with them at the beginning but then things started to smooth out. I find myself always bothering Krishan with repair issues, he is very patient and deals with these matters very quickly and efficiently. This morning (Sunday) my hot water and heating stopped working. As soon as I text Krishan and told him he was onto an electrician straight away. Moments later the company called and told me they would be here within 30 mins. By 12 he was here and fixing the problem. All of this within 2 hours. So yes very helpful indeed so I would highly recommend them.

7th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)My first time ever renting in London, and I did it while relocating from overseas, so I really didn't know what to expect. Joel made it easy from the very first viewing. He talked me through every stage properly, from the offer through referencing and the tenancy agreement, and he came back to my questions promptly every time. He was especially patient with all the awkward paperwork that comes with moving countries. I never felt like I was chasing him for an answer, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Having someone this responsive and reliable on the London end made an enormous difference. I'd recommend Joel and Jonathan Arron Residential without hesitation.
2nd Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)Do not rent with this agency. Genuinely awful service, consistently unprofessional from the beginning, as they always supported the landlords over tenants. When we had no beds to sleep on for the first week despite being assured this was included in the contract, Tim assured us we would receive compensation, but when the landlords didn't agree, Tim told us to stop contacting him as we had put him in an awkward position.<br><br>The landlords themselves were genuinely the worst I have ever met. They consistently belittled, insulted, and made us feel so uncomfortable. Terrible people. During a power cut (caused by the landlord's failure to replace an old part), the landlords were totally useless. Due to this power cut, I had to stay elsewhere until it was fixed. When I reported this to the agency, the agency refused to take on board my concerns and supported the landlords.

He secured the buyer and then stayed closely involved through the whole process, coordinating with all parties and keeping things moving through to exchange.<br><br>He was responsive, practical and good at chasing things down when needed. It made a real difference having someone keeping on top of the various parties involved and helping get the sale over the line.<br><br>Very pleased with the service and would happily recommend Stuart.
