27th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)[Today I had an appointment to view a house with Jaqui. Unfortunately, the agent forgot the keys to the house, which cost me almost 2 hours of lost time during the work week. I understand — things happen. But I can't recommend this agency to others. I hope they improve their checklists — maybe QR codes for keys with in-app checks, like delivery services use, so nothing gets missed or mixed up.

The KFH team were excellent at securing multiple viewings eventually securing a buyer for my flat. Thank you so much Paul and Candy and I cannot recommend your services enough.

Koyer, our agent contact was exceptional in helping us. He was available for calls/messages/queries and always got back within the hour. The agency handled all rental/ referencing documents really well and followed up where necessary. Definitely recommend the agency to anyone looking for houses in London!

25th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)We stayed at 26 Upper Addison Gardens and had a great time. There were 9 family members from age 8 to 77 and all had a wonderful time. The day after we left, we noticed my wife had left the earrings she got for our 50th anniversary. We contacted Charlotte Romanini. She contacted the cleaning staff and had the earrings sent to her office. She helped facilitate the shipment of the earrings back to us in the states. They arrived today in perfect condition thanks to Charlotte and her staff for packaging them and getting them ready for shipment. Her efforts were above and beyond with lots of communication to us. Thanks for all you did for us. Great job!

1st Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)These guys have been the best real estate agency that I've ever had. They have solved in the same day every single issue I had during my 2-year tenancy. They have always been respectful and transparent about fees, payments, and any necessary work to be done in the flat, which they took very good care of. I really recommend them and I'm only not with them anymore because I moved to another neighborhood.
