I moved in around September, and now, after nearly a month, I feel compelled to leave a review. What stands out the most is Wei’s exceptional after-sales service. He has been incredibly patient and responsive, addressing all the issues and questions we've had as tenants (as you know, the first month always comes with its challenges!). His dedication has made the process much smoother. Highly recommend!

23rd Sep 2024 (30 days ago)The team at KFH, in particular Liam and Craig, were fantastic in orchestrating our purchase. Always available when we wanted to check something, meet with builders ahead of completion etc - Craig was always happy to help. As with any home purchase, there was the occasional sticky situation, and Liam and Craig shone here in being able to negotiate the result we were hoping for. Highly recommend the team here at KFH for any home purchase!

22nd Sep 2024 (4 weeks ago)I would not recommend. Throughout the period of my tenancy BTC were barely responsive to messages, calls and emails. The only time we would be in contact is when THEY wanted to contact us. At the end of my tenancy they were no help in the process of returning our deposit and only decided to a MONTH after my contract ended. I as well as the other tenants were overcharged for costs of the house after the tenancy and BTC just kept telling us “they are the middle man” which was so unhelpful. After telling them we were not paying for costs that we were not responsible for they ghosted us. We ended up accepting the costs they put on us as we were tired of no progress. Again, would NOT recommend.

They did simply everything for me, dealing with every emergency small and large and at very reasonable cost. More recently, as I retire, they have sold the apartment for me and they have been excellent again. Compared to the odious young cold callers from some of the better known Agencies in London, City Realtor are utterly professional. I could not recommend them more warmly. Sir Martin Narey

18th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)O* Galaxy Real Estate are just scammers No longer a tenant and still send me emails for rent. Still haven't received my deposit back aswell I was told yesterday it should be with me today. Try to claim I breached my lease but in fact they have rented the entire building out to someone else. Had problems with them from day one. Nav Grover, Kevneet Grover and Raj Grover customer service is absolutely terrible. Once deposit is payed back into my account I will delete these posts but until then I will keep writing them

It was our first house and was quite nerve wracking because of how complicated the process can be.
