They are hands down the best letting agents in London!<br><br>A big shout out goes to Cristina who has been particularly helpful recently in guiding me through the complex new Westminster government licensing policies, making the whole journey stress-free.<br><br>If you want a team that is professional, incredibly knowledgeable and actually makes the property rental journey smooth, look no further. Koyer, our agent contact was exceptional in helping us. He was available for calls/messages/queries and always got back within the hour. The agency handled all rental/ referencing documents really well and followed up where necessary. Definitely recommend the agency to anyone looking for houses in London!

Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful. Strongly recommend his help. The whole process was super smooth. Thank you Charlie!
2nd Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)Warning to those who want to rent their flat on their full management package. They charge for twice or three times for any service. For an engineer investigation, they charged me around £200 and their engineer gave me a false reason for my boiler issue. They charged me £85 just for a slat of a bed. These charges are exclusive of their monthly fee. I am completely disappointed.

The day after we left, we noticed my wife had left the earrings she got for our 50th anniversary. We contacted Charlotte Romanini. She contacted the cleaning staff and had the earrings sent to her office. She helped facilitate the shipment of the earrings back to us in the states. They arrived today in perfect condition thanks to Charlotte and her staff for packaging them and getting them ready for shipment. Her efforts were above and beyond with lots of communication to us. Thanks for all you did for us. Great job!

He is not only able to find tenants who can afford the rent; but also carefully assessing suitability, reliability and character to help ensure that my property is in safe hands.<br><br>He has also achieved a fair and reasonable rental income for me, ensuring that rent is paid promptly each month, and providing clear management statements detailing all income and expenditure.<br><br>Amidst the changes in the property market Steve has always guided me through new legislation and regulations, explain how these changes affect them.<br><br>I have no reservations recommending Steve to prospective investors in London property or for tenancy.
