We actually sold for more than we expected, which was fantastic! He kept us informed throughout the whole process and was always there to answer my many calls when I was feeling anxious or stressed, always reassuring me.<br><br>Sophia was brilliant with the viewings and kept us updated with any solicitor queries, making everything run as smoothly as possible.<br><br>The service from start to finish was outstanding. Everyone was so easy to get hold of, even outside of normal working hours, and always responsive. Thank you all again—I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SA Property to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

He was professional, approachable and no question was too much. From start to finish the process was seamless and user friendly. There was nothing hidden everything was clearly communicated with you. If I hadn't moved from the area I would definitely use Andy again and wouldn't hesitate to recommended him to anyone else.

29th Jan 2026 (26 weeks ago)Had a viewing, Jonathan turned up an hour late. Made a close to asking price offer. Poor communication from Jonathan. A week or so of us chasing and him saying he hasn’t got an answer yet. And then nothing. Ignoring our calls and texts. Completely rude and unprofessional. Avoid this man! Looks like he’s had many companies in the past. Hiding something or just completely unfit as an estate agent
