19th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)I feel from the start they didnt do as said , putting up my house for the agreed amount, questioning me why I dont want to accept 1st offer on 1st viewing . Communication not so good, not friendly I wouldn't recommend again after using them twice previously .- 16th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Firstly, it really helped that office works so tightly together, with everybody well informed on the properties on their books. As with most properties there is a lot of back and forth and the response rate on this was fantastically fast, always someone at the end of the phone (definitely the strong link in the chain). They understand the market, transaction and legal process intricately, and on many occasion gave top notch advice on this that you would struggle to find elsewhere. With the help of Richard and his team, were able to complete on a transaction that might have otherwise been a lot harder had we not gone to Watts & Morgan. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for professional and highly qualified estate agency.

2nd Jul 2023 (10 mo. ago)Peter Morgan were great from start to finish they always put me at ease, always easy to get hold of and I was impressed with the way in which they captured my property to advertise in a way that other local estate agents don’t.
14th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)The initial valuation was far too high, consequently we had to reduce twice. We eventually moved to another agent. I was told the cost would be 1.1%, then the contract (when I eventually got it) gave a fixed fee. To be fair, a couple of the agents at PA Black were lovely, others not so helpful.
3rd Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Making the decision to sell the old family home was not an easy one, but once decided and i visited Karen and Matthew in Tonteg, i knew i had made the right decision. From day 1 they both offered me the reassurances i needed throughout the process. Communication between them and myself was faultless and I. Felt completely involved in the whole process. Both Karen and Matthew handles some sensitive issues with discretion and respect, fir which i am grateful. Would highly recommend Durbins to anyone who is buying or selling their home.

It wasn’t until my contract ended and I chose not to continue that they actually promoted the house properly by which time I had to tell them they hadn’t removed it from advertisement as per my request. I wouldn’t use them again unfortunately
