Overall I was ok with the service and communication. But certain things I was unhappy as did not follow up certain things. I ended up taking off market but other people have had brilliant experiences so I don't think it's all bad. Everyone as off days and deserves a chance. Despite the staff being polite there were organisational and communication issues during the sales process. The keys were unavailable on one occasion hence one viewing was done by myself and the agent, and the agent struggled to answer questions asked by the buyer. The process was more stressful than it needed to be and overall I was dissatisfied with the process.
