8th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Overall I was ok with the service and communication. But certain things I was unhappy as did not follow up certain things. I ended up taking off market but other people have had brilliant experiences so I don't think it's all bad. Everyone as off days and deserves a chance. I think they need to up there game in certain areas but it would not put me off going back. I just feel I want to give another estate agent the chance.

Although neither my brother nor myself are local, I could tell Mark was a man of integrity on our first meeting and knew Watsons would help us achieve the best price possible. 23rd Sep 2026 (4 days ago)Samantha, Jack, and the rest of the team did their best for us; however, we unfortunately sold at the wrong time, just as the UK 2026 market stalled, and we had to reduce the price more than we usually would have. The buyer got a bargain, and it stings somewhat! That isn´t MoveNow Properties' fault, though; they were quick to respond, did accompanied viewings after normal hours when needed, and worked to facilitate a quick exchange and completion of a chain-free transaction.

Kept us updated throughout, and did everything she could to make the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible. 6th Sep 2026 (21 days ago)Avoid this company they made buying our first home an awful experience. I’d especially advise you to avoid Susie Ralston and Paul Howell. Told me the role as an estate agent is to list and sell a property and any chasing of a chain is simply a good will gesture and falls outside of the estate agent’s ethics.<br>They had the audacity to advise thier contact log showed 32 contact points since April. Yes 32 times I had to chase and ask for updates to which I was met with nothing meaningful and to contact my solicitor. They also had the cheek to say I knew the vendors daughter in law so I had updates from them - shouldn’t have to justify I know sometime from a school run not personally as a friend.<br>Ignored my complaint request for compensation.<br>Property onbudsman is my next step.
