I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

16th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)Exeptional agents! We spoke to several agents before coming on the market with C&W. I felt the other agents were giving us unrealistic figures to try and get us to go with them with no real structure on how they were going to sell the property. When Jayde came round, she gave me her honest opinion on the value and we set a plan then and there. We had scheduled to have the photographs taken the following week, but I receieved a call from the team beforehand as they had a buyer whos property specifics were exactly what we were selling. We allowed an off market viewing the following day and within 24 hours we accepted an offer at full asking price. I cant thank Jayde, Safia, Claire, Musa and Abbie enough for there efforts. Great service

21st Apr 2026 (14 days ago)BUYERS BEWARE: Bought a house through Greenaway. Worst experience we've had with estate agents. Ross was very unpleasant, quite rude and we're glad we spoke directly to the sellers in the end. Ross even lied to us, saying that there is plumbing already installed for a dishwasher when in fact there is not anything in place for a dishwasher at all Edit: Claiming to not see any purchase made by me is another example of Greenaway lying, this time in an attempt to cover misconduct of their employees. It would seem to me that lying is a common trait at Greenaway.

Sarah, one of the managers, went above and beyond in helping us in a very difficult house sale due to the time we had acquiring probate. The house sale took on extra problems, but with Sarah's professional advice on contacting our MP to intervene on the excessive time probate was now taking (over a year!) the problem was resolved very quickly. I am sure if it wasn't for Homes Partnership and Sarah's dedication in helping us, we would still be waiting for probate! I cannot recommend enough Sarah and Homes Partnership for the professional, caring, and dedicated service they gave us.. they always went the extra mile at all times through the whole process. I cannot recommend them enough, they were absolutely brilliant!

Ed Macfarlane's solid valuation attracted exactly the right kind of buyers for the property and the ensuing competition and skilfull negotiations from Andrew Stanyard achieved several over-asking price offers. Andrew's guidance on selecting the best buyer helped to keep the sale secure despite our complicated onward move. And Rebecca Thomas brilliantly managed the whole process with pro-active and responsive communications that kept everything on track through to completion on deadline. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team at Reigate to anyone looking to sell a property in the area - they are friendly, professional, knowledgeable. And, unlike some other local agents we've dealt with, they focus their efforts on selling homes, rather than building their social media influencer profiles.
