We recently purchased a property through Hamptons Caterham, and I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received, especially from Carrie. From the very start, she was a pleasure to deal with—professional yet real, striking that perfect balance of being approachable without trying too hard, which is something we really appreciated. Throughout the process, Carrie was always incredibly responsive, replying to emails on the same day and making an effort to call back promptly if she was unavailable. She truly went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly for us, making the whole buying experience remarkably simple and stress-free. What stood out most was that our conversations felt genuine. I wasn’t just dealing with an estate agent—Carrie’s approach felt much more personal, which made the entire experience so much more comfortable and enjoyable. Her professionalism, combined with a real personal touch, is what set Hamptons apart for us. 16th Sep 2024 (6 mo. ago)This is a addition to my previous review left 2 years ago. We have bought the property through Clarendons and I can not recommend them enaugh. Especially Jordan who was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much for him and he did everything in order for our sale to be completed as soon as possible. Professional yet very friendly. It was a pleasure to deal with Clarendons, everyone was friendly and professional. I was very surprised when moved in to receive a welcome box with goodies inside. Never seen any other agencies doing that.

Elle has helped me immensely, being very clear and precise with every detail. The apartment was cleaned in detail before I moved in, for every question I had they were very correct both in phone conversations and emails. I am very happy that I rented the house with this agency, I think they are very correct and serious. I suggest you with your eyes closed. Thank you Elleeee????
30th Oct 2024 (20 weeks ago)This is our second time selling with Robert Leech in Reigate....Emma and Craig were superb throughout the whole process. At one point, our sale had fallen through due to something raised on the survey, but due to the tenacity and determination of both we were able to work out a solution and get it back on track. There were many twists and turns in our chain/sale and it was never going to be an easy win, but they were with us all the way, A genuine well done and heartfelt thanks.

Though the process was a bit lengthy than anticipated, Ross kept me in the loop until the very last day. I am a very contented first home owner and I would recommend anyone to Greenaway due to their outstanding service.

So far I had one viewing with this agent. The agent who showed me around (Mr Rodriguez) was extremely pleasant and friendly and easy to talk to, and he was also very helpful and knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions.

29th Oct 2024 (20 weeks ago)Selling a leasehold property can be daunting, and the process comes with many hurdles, but I’m glad we chose Black and Blanc as our estate agent. For starters, the way they present your property to the market is excellent, offering a very immersive experience. Once we found a buyer, the sale of my flat presented some challenges. Rhianna and, at the time, Ellie did an absolutely fantastic job—always following up with the buyer, conveyancers, and chasing up whoever needed to be chased. I cannot express enough my gratitude. As someone who himself lives nearby, he deeply understood the local market and how best to communicate the most salable features of the property to potential bodies. I really appreciated his friendly, down-to-earth approach and constant availability, even on the weekends. Being able to rely his advice and expertise from start to finish made the whole process incredibly smooth. In the end, he was able to negotiate an offer that was significantly over the asking price. I would highly recommend him as the premier estate agents in the ‘between the commons’ area.

30th Oct 2024 (20 weeks ago)Isaac Biggerstaff was our consultant and was extremely professional throughout the sales process, with a successful completion in October. He was accessible nearly all the time (viewings and meetings permitting) and was quick to respond to queries. He also had a great relationship with our buyer and the buyer's solicitor, which greatly helped the process.
