Miles, who handled my viewings and tenancy was very amenable and worked hard to obtain the answer to any questions that I had. Highly recommend!
8th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)I would advise landlords to be very cautious when dealing with this company and not to trust advertisements promising 12 months’ rent paid in advance. They rented my property to an agency that placed three different families in the house. I was charged around £4,500 per year in management fees, yet they did not inspect the property even once during the year. When the tenants left, the property was in a very poor condition, and I had to spend around £10,000 on repairs and refurbishment. After this, the company also sent me an invoice for approximately £11,000, claiming it was for unpaid rent owed by their tenants. My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing.

Communication was always prompt, and he was consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. He really went out of his way to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible, and we truly appreciated all of his help. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

I have never received such care and professionalism from an agency before. From before our first viewing to after moving into our new home me and my family were looked after. Furthermore, I was impressed with the homes they had available, easily the nicest places on the market. Thank you and we look forward to staying with James Dean for many years to come.

Their whole team were professional, attentive, and communication was excellent throughout; we were kept fully in the loop at every stage. They organised a packed open day and brought us serious, motivated buyers only. Thanks to Jayde in particular, we secured a great buyer and went under offer within the first week. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

21st Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)BUYERS BEWARE: Bought a house through Greenaway. Worst experience we've had with estate agents. Ross was very unpleasant, quite rude and we're glad we spoke directly to the sellers in the end. Ross even lied to us, saying that there is plumbing already installed for a dishwasher when in fact there is not anything in place for a dishwasher at all Edit: Claiming to not see any purchase made by me is another example of Greenaway lying, this time in an attempt to cover misconduct of their employees. It would seem to me that lying is a common trait at Greenaway.
29th May 2026 (10 days ago)The reason I decided to leave this review is because the agency is advertising the property again using misleading and outdated photos that do not represent the actual condition of the house. A responsible and reasonable agency should not continue marketing the property this way while serious issues such as damp, mould, cleanliness, and noise problems remain unresolved. There should be a zero-star option for this place. My stay at 13 Albany Road was one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had. The property should be inspected by the council for damp and mould issues. The agency is using old and misleading photos that do not reflect the real condition of the house. Do not be fooled by the advertisement. In reality, the property is dirty, noisy, poorly maintained, and nothing like the “good quality accommodation” it is presented as. I feel completely misled by the listing and would strongly advise others to think carefully before renting here.

Their knowledge of the property market is remarkable, and if it could be said, 'They're in the business so they should be good', yes, but it's great to get 'Oscar' performances. Moreover, if using that old one liner, 'They go the extra mile', not a few of us suggest that mile plus. (Thank you RJ for also being such fun).

The communication and options he gave whilst looking for a flat to rent at short notice was excellent, the whole rental experience from start to finish was exceptional. They sorted all the paperwork deposit protection and move in with no fuss or complications. When in the property they sorted anything that needed sorting within hours and the check out and deposit return was simple and well handled. If you are looking for an estate agent to sell or rent your property or are someone looking to rent or buy a property Ish and his team are 5 star and I can not thank or recommend them enough!
