It is not always easy to build a relationship in between a tenant and landlord. Therefore, I can definitely recommend to work with Connells Redhill team for a rental property management as a thirdparty to make everything easier to manage.

She remained positive and proactive throughout and continuously provided re-assurance and good advice at all times. I would imagine that our purchasers are equally impressed with her service to them as much as we are to ourselves, as it was her tenacity to make the sale/purchase happen that got us all through this otherwise very stressful sale We have now used Emma and her team twice now and I can't imagine a situation where we would ever use anyone else again, even if we were trying to sell/buy in the Shetland Islands ! Following this they have let both flats at a great rent, after having open days on both flats. I recommend you get in touch with them if you have a flat or house you want to rent and have managed. Good luck, I'm sure you will not be disappointed.
