She took the time to really understand what we were looking for, and instead of just showing us properties, she genuinely listened. She suggested a property that we may not have considered ourselves, and it turned out to be our dream home—it ticked every single box we had been looking for.<br><br>Throughout the whole process, Fiona was professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive. She kept us informed every step of the way, was always available to answer our questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel so much easier. Her knowledge, dedication, and genuine care for her clients really shine through.<br><br>We are so grateful to Fiona for helping us find our dream home. We genuinely don’t think we’d be where we are today without her guidance and expertise. Thank you to Fiona and the whole team for making everything run so smoothly. 10th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)I posted a review 8 years ago. Since purchasing the flat (see below) I’ve used Connells lettings service. Whilst the lettings staff are perfectly nice and do their best, the maintenance side is a complete disaster and i wouldn’t recommend them as a result. Which is most unfortunate. Hence the 1 star review (revised down from 5 for the purchase).<br><br>I've just completed on a second property near where we live in Redhill. Connells had a great selection of good quality flats in my chosen area and in fact 2 in the building I was interested in. The whole process as a buyer has been smooth and Connells worked with everyone to keep things moving smoothly. Mark and his great team are a joy to deal with and I will be using then for my next purchase.
3rd Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)Excellent estate agent.<br><br>They have recently sold my house in Shirley Park and I also brought my new home in Old Coulsdon. I can not fault them. I was lucky to find a buyer very quickly but as usual the buying process was slow, but all the way through Craig would regularly check in with me on both the purchase and sale.<br><br>I found everybody that worked there to be first class and very helpful.<br><br>I would definitely recommend them.<br><br>Thanks Craig and Lee, looking forward to having you back for a valuation once I’ve done all my planned works
8th Feb 2026 (7 mo. ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

27th May 2024 (2 years ago)I was grateful that they found a buyer fairly quickly but a little disappointed that communication wasn't the best. - 3rd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)I saw a property posted in the window of the Redhill branch and went in to inquire about it. Safiya Wieland welcomed me and chatted very knowledgeably about the property and so we arranged a viewing within a week. It was a nice house but the garden and parking didn't suit my needs. However, Safiya had already 'gone above and beyond' and had arranged two further viewings for me that afternoon with her colleague from the Horley branch. She had clearly communicated my wants and needs and Scott Ives met me and showed me two further properties, the second of which I pick up the keys for tomorrow!<br><br>I am very satisfied with both staff members and count myself extremely lucky to have dealt with such lovely, well motivated and knowledgeable people. Thank you

16th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)I second everything what's been said about Jo and Hallway! Jo wasn't our agent ( we were buyers ) so we were on the other side of the chain, but from the day she showed us around the house till completion day she's been on fire. Sometimes taking a simple information from solicitors took a life and a half and Jo was chasing each side like mad hatter. Whenever I needed an update or wasn't sure with something she's been on the other side from Monday till Sunday. Very patient with us first time buyers. Explained everything, always with details and even after completion she continuesly been there for us. I was feeling cared for although she wasn't even our agent. We both bought and sold through them, and the whole experience was professional, friendly and straight forward from start to finish.<br><br>One thing that really stood out to us when choosing an agent was the quality of their property photographs. They present all their houses beautifully and really set themselves apart from the competition.<br><br>Communication throughout was excellent, and we always felt looked after and kept informed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Damian and Zac. A fantastic service all round x

He is always approachable, responsive and genuinely willing to help, no matter how small the query.<br><br>What stands out most is the consistency, nearly a year on, the service has never dropped. Isaac is professional, knowledgeable and goes out of his way to make things straightforward. His communication and support have honestly been unmatched, and he is a real credit to Andrews.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
28th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)Jake and the team at Mansell McTaggert in Horley represented us in the recent sale of our home.<br>From the outset, we warmed to Jake and his calm, professional demeanour. I’m pleased to report that this was also reflected in his dealings with us throughout the sale process; he had a calming influence during potentially stressful periods and was never less than professional in all aspects of the process.<br>Their fees are very competitive and the quality of their marketing material is high. Communication is excellent and at no point did we feel in the dark or not in control of the process. They took on board our suggestions and preferences, but gently guided us where this was appropriate. Well done, Jake!<br>In summary, they’re an excellent Estate Agent and I’d have no hesitation in recommending the services of Mansel McTaggert Horley to either friends or family.
