3rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)Excellent estate agent.<br><br>They have recently sold my house in Shirley Park and I also brought my new home in Old Coulsdon. I can not fault them. I was lucky to find a buyer very quickly but as usual the buying process was slow, but all the way through Craig would regularly check in with me on both the purchase and sale.<br><br>I found everybody that worked there to be first class and very helpful.<br><br>I would definitely recommend them.<br><br>Thanks Craig and Lee, looking forward to having you back for a valuation once I’ve done all my planned works
8th Feb 2026 (25 weeks ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.
1st Apr 2022 (4 years ago)Despite having it in writing that the Landlord had decided not to proceed with the tenancy, we had issues with getting our holding deposit back. It took for me to ask for legal proof of withholding payment, and even then, we was still charged for fees and only given a partial refund! - Personally, as a customer looking to rent, WE ARE AVOIDING Priory Park Properties based in Redhill

They’ve completely changed my (very outdated) opinion of house selling / buying and I could not be more grateful for their support through what was a more complex sale than we originally thought! They have the relationships and the know-how, which is a hard-to-find combo, but it’s the only one that will get you where you need to be. Big love and thanks to John and his team, because when it comes down to it, they made my dreams come true!

He was always friendly, professional, responsive, and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. Jayde was also incredibly helpful throughout the process, arranging viewings and answering any questions we had promptly.<br>The whole team made what can often be a stressful process feel much easier, and we really appreciated the time and effort they put into helping us. Communication was fantastic, whenever I phoned, someone from the team always picked up or phoned back. I also received regular emails which was also very good and reassuring. 16th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)I second everything what's been said about Jo and Hallway! Jo wasn't our agent ( we were buyers ) so we were on the other side of the chain, but from the day she showed us around the house till completion day she's been on fire. Sometimes taking a simple information from solicitors took a life and a half and Jo was chasing each side like mad hatter. Whenever I needed an update or wasn't sure with something she's been on the other side from Monday till Sunday. Very patient with us first time buyers. Explained everything, always with details and even after completion she continuesly been there for us. I was feeling cared for although she wasn't even our agent. I am truly sad it's over and I won't have a laugh with this woman anymore ???? Love her sense of humour!!! Highly recommended

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.
