He has fanastic knowledge of the market and strategy for both selling and buying property. After securing a buyer for our property, Danny went on to provide us with key advice and support in the negotiation of our new property. After that the whole process was smooth thanks to their availability and constant support! I have already recommended to a friend :)

Those she couldnt Libby came back to me the following day with the answers.<br>Over the following week she kept me informed as to what was and would be happening and liaised with the owners with any other queries.<br>Thoroughly professional and extremely supportive and understanding. 2nd Jun 2023 (3 years ago)I was very disappointed with the lack of any interest in my property. I was constantly told that sales in the area were virtually nil, and to reduce the price, this brought no more interest at all to the table. I decided to take my property off the market, at least until my contract time with Chewton rose is up.
22nd May 2025 (1 year ago)Chris and Jo from Fenn Wright are both very experienced and professional and certainly know their stuff. They are both very friendly and approachable and were on hand to guide as and when was necessary. I would use them again to sell my house.

10th May 2024 (2 years ago)Holly was professional and very knowledgeable of property in the Tiptree area. Originally priced the property above the recommended value had 16 viewing that David Martin undertook. Communications by phone and email were good keeping us in the picture. They obtained the buyer and communicated well during the negotiation process.

26th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)We worked with this so called ,, senior negotiator ,, Chloe , while trying to purchase a property. Throughout the process, the negotiation tactics were highly aggressive & lacked transparency. Chloe pressured us to increase our offer by claiming there were multiple higher bids, but refused to provide clear timeline updates or confirm when our conditions were presented to the vendor. Due to this lack of communication and high-pressure environment, we withdrew our interest. I would not recommend using this agency if you value transparency or professional service.<br>Lacked communication & honesty. Time wasting .<br>Avoid at all costs.

3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)Great experience with this company, Danny was great during the process of selling the property and towards the end Debbie was absolutely fantastic at chasing up and getting everything moving to get us to the point of exchange and agreed completion/move date. Without Debbie’s input I believe we would still be chasing up everyone on the chain and solicitors etc, but she did most of the hard work there and kept me informed throughout.
