My buying process wasn't straight forward but she was always on hand to answer questions and reassure me. This is especially great as a first time buyer, the process can feel overwhelming but Ali was amazing every step of the way! 10/10 would recommend to anyone currently looking to buy.

From start to finish.<br>Despite facing multiple hurdles along the way, they navigated every challenge with complete professionalism, patience and unwavering support. They consistently went above and beyond, showing real dedication to getting everything over the line.<br><br>Communication was outstanding throughout and we were always kept informed, our questions were answered promptly, and we felt supported every step of the way. Their hard work and reassurance made a difficult process so much easier.<br><br>We couldn’t recommend them highly enough. 27th Jul 2026 (6 days ago)Initially the house was up for too much as we had no viewings. Once the price was reduced we had more viewings plus one SSTC. I didn’t feel Hamwics were quick to advise of changes.

Both the experiences have been great and Charters have always stood out in terms of the service quality they offer (esp compared to other agencies). Tom in particular has been very helpful throughout the process from managing the sales negotiation to sales progression and has always been approachable and very responsive with regards to any questions we had. The rest of the team we have spoken to, Lottie, Paul and Alex have been great to work with as well.
