7th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)?????

Excellent service from Enfields Estate Agents Southampton Property Sales. The team was professional, friendly, and always available to answer any questions throughout the process. Communication was clear and efficient, making everything smooth and stress-free. Their knowledge of the local property market and dedication to customer satisfaction really stood out. I would highly recommend Enfields to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
24th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)I do not recommend this agency especially not for a purchase via the chain system. People have pulled out last minute and my sister, who has no choice to keep her house and for who the agency can't find a new buyer, is left with huge agency fees. The agency is fine to take your money but are not quick to find solutions. Please be careful and avoid to sell your house via a chain system. It only makes the agency richer but you can lose money if it doesn't work out.
7th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Georgina is very professional and helpful. Thanks
13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)The staff are super friendly/helpful couldn't ask for more ?????? would highly recommend
13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Excellent experience with Hunters Southampton - thank you to all the helpful staff.
15th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Henshaw fox was brilliant. The team was great, the communication was excellent.
18th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Staff were friendly but just a bit useless. Kept on saying stuff would be sorted but never did, had to rely on just the landlady due to no help from them. Even till the last day it was a challenge to even get my holding deposit back, they kept on saying "it was with the finance team", delays taking around 1 and a half months. BE WARNED, had to even get the holding deposit company involved to get them to take the money and retrieve it off them, hard to say if it is incompetence, or money lost. This was after we agreed it would be returned within 10 days and after the landlady said the property was fine and we could have the full amount back, they just missed the deadline by a month. Just be aware anyone who chooses to go with them it will be a challenge to get even pennies off them. Terrible first experience with them.
16th May 2025 (1 year ago)Very professional and sales focused. Good quality materials to support sales. Good number of viewings generated.
26th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Developed a good relationship with all members of staff that I engaged with.
Open and straightforward and helpful team. They did everything they could to achieve a positive outcome.
14th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)We are a couple in our mid-70s and were selling our property to move nearer our family away from Southampton via Field Palmer, Shirley. Throughout the process we were coming up against obstacles which we weren't able to rectify. Keiran and Megan from the Shirley office were only too glad to offer assistance and we only had to phone the office and they helped each time. Without their help we might have given up selling our property. We would have been lost without them. If they didn't know the answer to our problems they didn't stop searching until they found the answer. We have now nearly reached completion and so glad we picked Field Palmer to sell our property. Thank you to Field Palmer, Shirley especially Keiran and Megan. If we ever need an Estate Agent again (hopefully we won't) we would use them again in a flash. Would higher recommend the Shirley office, Thank you Keiran and Megan.
4th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)I have achieved a sale subject to contract within a month which hopefully will go well.
16th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Jackson Bailey are an excellent estate agents. Jack sold my mother’s house, obtaining an excellent price and working hard to see the sale through to completion. He made what was, potentially, a stressful experience simple and easy. Do look into engaging them if you are considering selling - you won’t be disappointed.
9th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)Charters were pretty good ! No exceptional. Two ladies were most pleasant and so impressively caring.
Self evident talents on any personnel chart.
22nd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)They’ve really made things easy for me struggled with a couple things but they helped me
23rd Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Anais and Freddie were both so helpful in our search for a rental, thank you so much!
26th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Simon has been brilliant, always getting back to me, regarding feedback, and updates, which is very reassuring.
He's honest, and has very good knowledge of the market and the surrounding house prices.
21st Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)As a landlord of multiple properties and having engaged Leaders for a numbers of years as managing agents, I would definitely not recommend them.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

23rd Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Poor communication throughout, unrealistic valuations and make sure you read the small print thoroughly before you commit to signing to market your property. Otherwise, you’ll live to regret it and leave with the feeling that you’ve been scammed.
