Having lived in our house for 30 years, this was our very first experience selling a property. It was naturally a huge milestone and a bit emotional for us, but their steady guidance made what could have been a stressful process feel completely manageable.
The communication from start to finish was exceptional. We were impressed right from our initial meeting with Lucy Golton, who set a clear and confident direction. That high standard continued seamlessly through all our interactions with Jenna Pinkney, whose constant updates and guidance kept everything running smoothly. Even when Jenna was away on leave, Amelia Grima stepped in without missing a beat and kept the momentum going completely hassle-free.

When things got a bit delayed with the solicitors, max the one who was dealing with my property had stepped in to chase everything up. wouldn't hesitate to recommend them very lovely staff.

A very special thank you to Sam, who went above and beyond for us. She is absolutely brilliant at her job, and the care, effort and dedication she put into helping us made such a difference. Buying a home can be incredibly stressful, but having Sam supporting us made everything feel so much easier.
I can 100% see why Charnock Bates get a lot of the higher priced & luxurious houses, as they know exactly how to sell them and see it through from start to finish. They’re another level to other estate agents u have dealt with. There is no comparison.

20th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Have been waiting for two weeks for a response to questions I asked re repairs and lack of property income statements, terrible service since the business was taken over by the new owners. I have also been informed they have difficulty retaining staff!!!!!
Previously had first class service.

From our very first call to completion, Shehzad has always been most helpful and gone out of his way to accommodate any requests. In particular his prompt replies and speed really helped get this deal to completion. If you are wanting to buy/sell a property. I would definitely recommend Shehzad and his team.
