7th Sep 2026 (15 days ago)We have just experienced an outstanding, 1st class and professional service from Robert Watts to sell out late parents home. Jenna is an absolute star ??????. The initial contact was with Lucy who carried out the valuation. She gave good advice of what to do prior to the property being fit for viewings. Then Jenna became our main contact and Negotiator for 90% of the rest of the sale and go between, between us and the buyer and both sets of solicitors. Jenna was an absolute dream to work with. She kept us up to date with everything. Constant contact with updates from viewings, offers chasing up solicitors and go between, between us and the buyer. Faultless service throughout. When Jenna was not avaliable we also experienced the same service from Amelia, Holly and Charlie. All in all we experienced a 5 star service. A huge thank you to everyone. You made a very difficult and sad experience so much easier. Well done!!! ??????

17th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)Hanna took on the role as our mortgage advisor after the previous one we used, through our estate agents in Bingley left. She was absolutely amazing, going above and beyond her job role. I honestly believe that we wouldn’t be in our new house now if she hadn’t have worked so hard for us. Communication was great, she often replied within minutes and she reassured us when we needed it. She answered any questions we had with ease. She was also brilliant at chasing our solicitors for a response when we urgently required one and made a very stressful situation easier. We cannot recommend her enough!

25th Jun 2018 (8 years ago)Locat Agency rented out our two-bedroom flat to a family (5-6 members) in 2015. The Agency recommended this family and they have been well known to the agency. During their residency in that flat, we lost our appliances and all the time we received phone calls from the neighbours regarding the unacceptable behaviour of the tenant. Locat defended them all along. When they moved out of the flat four months ago, they left it in a horrible condition. Broken entrance door window, no window handles, no appliances (dishwasher, washing machine which has been changed and bought a brand new one less than two years ago, fridge and freezer) and too much dirt everywhere (kitchen, bathroom and toilet, broken tiles bathroom panel are the examples of what they left behind. When they moved to the flat, it was in an excellent condition, then they put a nasty wallpaper and also made more than 40 holes on the walls. Generally, I should say I had to spend a fortune to make it reasonable again. All these changes happened out of our knowledge. Locate does not accept any responsibility here and the agency found another place to live for them. I think this agency is not reliable and honest with the customer and after this horrible experience, I never recommend it to other people.

22nd May 2025 (1 year ago)The whole sale was handled professionally from the initial inspection to completion. The communication from the Queensbury team was always clear and helpful. Could not fault them
27th Aug 2026 (26 days ago)The agent arrived 10 minutes late to the viewing and, unfortunately, seemed to know very little about the property. Communication has also been very poor. Since making the enquiry, I’ve received six cold calls from their office in just two days, which has felt excessive and intrusive. Overall, a very disappointing experience and not the level of service I would expect from a professional estate agent.

10th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)There was no real drive to help sell the property, no regular promotion had to ask and push for it several times. Didn’t do checks with people booked for viewing whether they are able to purchase, a lot of no shows as well.
17th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)James Horsfield is very knowledgeable about the local area. He was available to accompany all the viewers of the property. The property was not an easy sell, yet James has found us a buyer at an acceptable price.
