Avoid at all costs, they didn't manage my sale properly found at at week 12 my buyer couldn't proceed. Was lied to about my buyer the second time, told they had a cash investor and could move in 6 weeks. Took 10 weeks it was a first time buyer with mortgage, now refusing to pay good will gesture of 600, 3 weeks late at time of counting, loads of excuses despite being told they would reduce their fee. Horrible experience.

From an initial flurry of activity with adding the product to their listings and organising the marketing things drifted, communication got less and less. Whilst the economy is difficult I expected more.
