17th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Fantastic experience with Hunters Estate Agents in Barnsley. From the visit on Thursday morning for the valuation the house was Sold STC within a week. With the daily updates from a very helpful Brogan Christlo who also accompanied the potential buyers as we were on holiday, we cannot fault anything with the service we have received. We would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.

We first met the staff in 2026, after viewing and buying an apartment, and putting family bungalow for sale. Wilbys staff was very helpful, friendly, professional, and welcoming. They helped us with all our enquiries, and given information, and advice.

29th Jul 2026 (13 days ago)I began renting my property through Gates many years ago Jess became my ‘Go To’ person and was always friendly and caring When I decided to sell it coincided with Jess moving from rental to estate agent The road to selling was bumpy to say the least but Jess was always there to support and reassure me She kept me updated every step of the way and today when the sale was completed she was quick to ring to make sure everything was ok Throughout it all I have come to think of her as a friend rather than ‘the person on the other end of the phone’ and she has been so helpful and understanding it is hard to put it into words<br>A massive thank you to you Jess You have been a superstar through all this<br>I can honestly say I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Gates as an estate agent Caring and considerate throughout

16th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)The Property Shop has looked after my properties for 11 years. Lee, Dawn and Steph work very hard with great results - Especially with rents paid so efficiently. I believe that the tenants are looked after so well because of TPS professional standards. TPS sold properties for me - again, I trust Lee completely and he puts himself ‘out’ to get the job done. I recommend TPS, wholeheartedly.

Never dealt with them or had any interaction with them. Don’t know how they got our email address. There is no option to unsubscribe. Horrible.

The whole team were professional, friendly and incredibly supportive throughout what can often be a stressful process. Communication was excellent, with regular updates and quick responses to any questions we had. We always felt informed and reassured, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Their marketing of our property was first class, with fantastic photographs and great exposure that really helped generate interest. What really stood out was the personal approach. We genuinely felt that the team cared about achieving the best outcome for us and went above and beyond to make the sale as smooth as possible. From the moment I first spoke to them to booking the valuation to meeting them it was a breath of fresh air. I've bought and sold a large number of homes in my time but one thing is for sure I will only ever use Kestrel Again. The photography, the service, the communication, and the amount they achieved everything was perfect.

He kept me updated throughout the whole process, was quick to answer any questions, and made everything feel so much less stressful.
