Laura's supportive efforts and her encouragement along the way really helped us at times when we felt like just dropping the whole thing. Without her work it is very unlikely that we would have continued with our sale to the most disorganised buyers in Christendom. Thank you Laura!! We recognise the skills you used and think you have a great career ahead of you - you are certainly a shining star in the branch! Ruby has also always been helpful and we recognise and appreciate her efforts also.

21st May 2026 (28 days ago)Sold my lovely first home with Your Move. Joe, Charlotte & the team were excellent from start to finish. Real, genuine people who actually care!! They were also the estate agents who I bought my new house from and they helped my solicitors get me in within 6 weeks (just in time for my baby girls arrival!) They were all a huge help at a really stressful time & I couldn't thank them all enough - would totally use them again and reccomend to anyone!

The whole team has been professional, friendly, and always quick to help with anything we’ve needed. A special mention has to go to Debbie, who has been absolutely wonderful throughout. She is warm, approachable, and genuinely cares about making everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, and her kindness and professionalism really stand out. We truly appreciate all of Debbie’s help and would highly recommend this letting agency to anyone looking for excellent service. - Michaela&jodie

I have read previous reviews where he has provided a high level of customer service, and I can confirm they are all true. There were a few delays which were out of movenowproperties control, but Jack constantly requested updates from solicitors, made frequent calls to me just to check in and always kept me informed of everything during the process. From the moment I first spoke to them to booking the valuation to meeting them it was a breath of fresh air. I've bought and sold a large number of homes in my time but one thing is for sure I will only ever use Kestrel Again. The photography, the service, the communication, and the amount they achieved everything was perfect.

Her communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. I was kept informed at every stage, and any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly. She went above and beyond to ensure everything progressed smoothly, making what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and well-managed. What impressed me most was her dedication, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to achieving the best possible outcome. Her expertise and proactive approach helped secure a successful sale despite the best efforts of less competent ‘professionals’ in the chain, and we felt supported from start to finish. The level of customer service was truly first-class, and it was clear that she genuinely cares about her clients. When we went to collect the keys to our new house, we were delighted to receive a welcome hamper of prosecco and Yorkshire goodies.

He knows the local market very well and his social media presence is strong which adds value to his ability to get viewings and ultimately sales.
