9th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)We recently sold our property, which we had purchased through Dunstan's over seven years ago. As we were so satisfied with their service then, we chose to use them again. Karen and Tracey were both very professional, approachable and helpful throughout the process.... nothing was too much trouble. A lovely team, I would definitely recommend anyone to consider them if they were selling their own property, especially if it is in or around Conisbrough, as they have an excellent knowledge of this area. 27th Jan 2026 (20 weeks ago)Following a breavement Rob and his team were fantastic at taking us through the whole process of managing the empty house during the probate process as well as the house clearance and sale. As none of our family live in or near Sheffield his experience and knowledge were invaluable. We also really appreciated the friendly and professional way everything was handled - nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.
17th Feb 2026 (17 weeks ago)Booked a viewing with Nyasha Mauchaza for yesterday at 16:45pm, and we confirmed this in the morning. During my work day, Nyasha texted to tell me she had double booked the viewing and I had to come earlier. She was very passive aggressive and rude about it. There was no apology or acknowledgement of her own mistake or the massive inconvenience this was for me as I work quite far away from the house and had planned my day around that specific time. I got an uber to get to the property and she didn't bother showing up or contacting me. I've also just seen her name pop up negatively in some reviews and that doesn't surprise me. If this is the caliber of staff at blundells, then the company is full of people with bad character and zero professionalism.

18th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)I was selling my mum and dad’s house. Sadly mum passed away and dad had to go into a care home. So having to sell the home in which I grew up in was very difficult. Thomas was amazing he and his team helped me through a very difficult time. The sale went through with out any problems. But after the sale Thomas knocked on our door and gave me an amazing picture of my mums house. It was so thoughtful but more than that it has given me something to keep. I don’t think any estate agent could have done that to someone who is having difficulty selling their parents home. All I can say is thank you so much Thomas and your team Karen

Their attitude with their clients is extremely commendable. 7th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)The house we were selling was in a village, old and quirky, this narrowed the market down considerably. After being on the market for some time, with the occasional time wasters and the let's have a look around someone else's house this weekend people, some friends who have rental properties suggested Butlers. Dave and his team turned out to be knowledgeable, professional and friendly, The property was on the market again for some considerable time, due to the unusual quirky property, Dave and his team stuck with it, he sometimes looked as fed up as we were, but it all worked out well in the end, thanks for sharing the slog, Dave and your merry band.
