6th Jun 2026 (14 weeks ago)I would rate 2Roost Estate Agents as average overall — you get what you pay for. They initially valued my property around £25,000 higher than what it eventually sold for, which I found disappointing and unrealistic. The staff were friendly throughout the process and the photographs they took of the property were very good. However, I felt the overall service lacked experience and professionalism at times. On one occasion, my front door was left open overnight due to carelessness, which was completely unacceptable. I also felt there was little flexibility with viewings outside of standard hours, as evening appointments after 5pm were not really accommodated or proactively discussed with me. In addition, some of the offers put forward to me felt unrealistic and far below expectations. While the service was not terrible, it was fairly mediocre overall. Looking back, I probably would have chosen a more established estate agent, even if it meant paying slightly higher fees. Ultimately, you pay peanuts, you get monkeys — lesson learned on my part.

I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of Nicola.<br><br>Although I never experienced any major issues with the property, I always felt reassured knowing that if anything did arise, I could trust them to deal with it quickly and effectively.<br><br>They were absolutely brilliant from start to finish, and I would highly recommend Belvoir Sheffield to anyone looking for a professional, reliable and supportive property agency.<br><br>Thank you, Belvoir, for such an amazing experience! ??

14th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could give minus stars I would. Communication is awful, constantly chasing, promised calls back then hear nothing. Impossible to get hold of them, including trying to ring 16 times to find out if our offer had even been accepted. Got basic things wrong when buying our house including our offer amount. Buying a house is stressful enough without having to repeatedly chase the estate agents. I would absolutely not recommend them and would strongly advise anyone considering using them to look elsewhere.- 3rd Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Amelia has been brilliant from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was always happy to help with any questions or concerns I had. She is so friendly, warm and approachable, which made what can be a very stressful process much easier. Her communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt supported and kept updated. Thank you, Amelia, for all your hard work – I really appreciate everything you’ve done!

Outstanding support when things got difficult I first contacted Reeds Rains – previously at 16-18 Moorgate Street, now at Wickersley Rotherham in March 2024 to help me find a flat. From the start, I was told the landlord would manage the property. I thought it would make no difference whether it was managed by the agent or landlord, but it turned out to be a terrible experience all through my stay of over two years. What impressed me most was that the team stood by me from beginning to end, even when issues arose over my deposit. They guided me step-by-step and helped me successfully recover my full deposit plus overpaid rent — something I could not have done without their support. A special mention for Abby — even though she is no longer with the company, her hard work, resilience and dedication were truly noticed and appreciated. I also want to say the Accounts Department was absolutely amazing — efficient, helpful and always there when I needed them. Thank you to every member of the team. I couldn't remember names, the branch manager and other staff members was brilliant. You turned a very stressful situation around and showed real care for your tenants. I highly recommend this office.

She delivered quality customer care and escalated the report immediately leading to resolutions. I will certainly continue to contact Katie directly as there is always a response and all ways a demand for action.Our family is extremely grateful for her support and wish her all the success.

He always knew what was happening, went out of his way to get things moving when there were bottlenecks and was a genuine joy to work with throughout the entire process.

She is wonderful to speak to; always polite, friendly and personable, as well as being professional, knowledgeable and efficient. My home inspections were always carried out with respect by lovely local staff.<br>Problems were easy to report. Thank you to all staff for over the years - but especially Olivia - you are brilliant at what you do! ??????
7th May 2024 (2 years ago)I had a pleasant stay throughout the year and 6 months plus,from the moment I stepped in their offices I met one agent namely muktah,he was very helpful,a very kind man who knows how to communicate with people,if u have issues he will always be there to help,in life u can never predict ur future,sometimes u hit rock bottom and if u don't have an agent who undestands your struggles you'll definitely have a rough time in the property,i recommend Hallam Hills to a friend whose looking for a place to stay,ask for muktah when u step in their offices you'll never regret it,he's the best of the best ????.
