Always responsive to emails and keeping me updated on the process. I'd recommend them if you're like me a first time buyer. Thanks guys.

Originally went through them 10 years ago to set up rental agreement as a tenant and over the years they've handled tenant changes etc well. Recently been switched to them managing our rental rather than the landlord and have been very happy with the experience. Amye has been particularly approachable and helpful with queries and repair requests.
5th Apr 2024 (26 days ago)I recently had a valuation booked with Laura Harvey and I could not recommend her enough. She made me feel very comfortable and listened to what I wanted to achieve. She was not at all pushy, unlike some other estate agents, and she was not just there to make a commission. She cared about my end goal and helped me to achieve it. I could not be more grateful and would definitely deal with her again should I need to. Thank you so much for all of your advice and support!

14th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Rentals: I have rented my house through Broseley harwoods since march 2020, i can honestly say they are a lovely team and any issues i have regarding repairs etc, its resolved quickly and Sam is fab she is very caring and compassionate when any work needs doing. I am happy living here, if i ever move ill be looking through harwoods as i love having them as my letting agent.

Choosing ZJ&B made the process much easier with their friendly, professional and supportive attitude. Not all went smoothly, but I was reassured and all questions were answered quickly by my agent.

I contacted several estate agents and Stephenson Brown just seemed more genuine. We needed the agent to manage the property as we no longer live in the area. From our first contact with Sarah all the staff we have spoke to Sharon, Heather and Pam have been great. Nothing seems to much trouble and they are always willing to help in any way. We were a little sceptical at first dealing with an estate agent as we have had in the past a bad experience with another agent who promised the earth but did absolutely nothing. Stephenson Brown lined up tenants and vetted them to worm out time wasters as well as doing background checks. They showed the tenants around and reported back to us how everything was going. We needed to get some trees cut lower in the rear garden and Sarah went to the property to take pictures for us so we could see what the workers had done. Going forward we just hope all goes well working with the agent. So if you are looking for an agent who is up front and honest and who does what it says on the tin, then dont look any further. There costs are good also.

Matthew from outset exceeded service expectations and was the most professional and thorough sales negotiator of the three companies we approached. Tracey did an amazing job in progressing the sale, and our onward purchase too. All other staff, including Bethan and Elizabeth, were excellent too. There is a good feeling of teamwork in the office.
