On multiple occasions, I never got a reply from the rental team to my inquiries, by email or phone. They always said the team was busy and would call me back. When I called back after 1-2 days, they said the property was let, however the properties were still showing as available to let on Rightmove and their official website, even after a few days.... After minimal success with our first Agent in selling our house, we chose to move to 'James Gesner Estate agents' due to their knowledge of Wallingford and the surrounding area and specifically one area. Having the team represent our sale, and then to find us a property in the area we were looking to move, I would comment that James and the team were exceptional. The data (marketing report) that they provide against the sales element was informative, the viewings that they conducted, were very professional and the correspondence was always relevant, and always available.
