20th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)What can you say in a comparison study? No one sells a house regularly, and without some regrets. None of us feels that they’ve achieved what the house was worth to us. But Milsom was transparent in their dealings, reported quickly on the viewings, were responsive to information requests, and clearly knew their market. They were professional!

12th Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My family rented a property through Belhus, they have experienced so many problems. The property had a number of H&S safety issues that should have been fixed prior to them moving in, but nothing was checked properly. Walls and fences falling down, windows falling out, blocked drains; the house is a total disgrace. The Managing Director, Katy Adams, is rude, patronising and has the attitude that they should be grateful when contractors attend. I have really never known anything like it! One star is a very generous rating, if zero had been an option I would have chosen that as a rating!
26th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)You definitely get what you pay for, and the help and support I received from Matt, Nicola and the team in Thame was excellent. I chose them because of the help I had received in the previous year or so, answering emails, providing a valuation (for free) - and they did not let me down. They were the only shining light in a difficult and horrible process. Selling a house is a really stressful process; doing it because the owner has dementia and cannot live alone is infinitely more stressful and difficult. The Fisher German team did whatever they could to make it bearable. Thank you Matt, Nicola and the rest of the team

20th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)Lack of communication, had to chase them for things to be done, lack of professionalism. I consider the three months the property was for sale with them was three months wasted. Property is now under offer with another agent within 3 days of being listed. Enough said …….

Independent agents who work on the sellers behalf (many agents seem to forget this!). We have had experience of many agents, mostly abysmal, so Becky & Gaynor are a refreshing change. Highly recommend this Fordingbridge based Company. We have just sold our property, through them & it wasn't the smoothest of sales, but made easier by having these guys being 100% on the ball.
23rd May 2024 (2 years ago)I would highly recommend Angela Hirst when looking to rent your new home. So professional and such a friendly service. If I had a question I would get a reply quickly and explained well if there was something I didn't understand. The day I got my keys the agent was very thorough with the inventory check of the property and made sure I had everything I needed before she left. 100% would recommend if I know anyone looking to rent.
