We didn’t need to chase them at all and as it was a stressful time for us, they certainly took the pressure off us. Big thanks.
11th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)This agency is a joke. I caught the agent in our backgarden when he gave no notice. We were petrified and as single women it was a truely frightening experience. Stay away from them if possible. Truly awful
16th Aug 2022 (3 years ago)Cannot recommend highly enough. To say Michael went above and beyond with what proved to be a more difficult sale would be an understatement. A consummate professional from start to finish he made the experience of selling our property as painless as possible in the circumstances and his communications were excellent. Would not hesitate to use again.

He is a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable estate agent who gave a lot of his time, with a nothing is too much attitude. With so many estate agents in London doing a very average job, Joe stands out as breath of fresh air. Thanks and well done Joe! 10/10.

1st Sep 2021 (4 years ago)I have tried this place three years ago. I can confirm that they are very useful and they found me the best place that I could have , very fast unlike most of other offices and I have been to many. Hanna was very nice and helpful . Can’t thank her enough...
25th Jan 2026 (22 weeks ago)The most unprofessional Estate agents ever. My son purchased a property through these people ( well so he thought) he had his offer accepted which was the highest, he gave his solicitor details,had his mortgage ready, all was fine ( so we thought) We met the executors of the previous owner and was told it had been sold to an equity company at a much lower price. She explained that my son's offer was never shared with her and that she would have accepted it. It is disgusting the way that Julia has treated my son, and strung him along. Best advice is for no one to deal with this unprofessional set up, although I have noticed not many people in Balham sell through them. It only seems to be garages or Du cane court. I will be contacting the estate agents ombudsman about this situation 1st thing. Do not waste time with this outfit. There are some fantastic friendly professional agents in Balham and Tooting Bec. I am shocked that there are still some questionable agents around.

I deal with various agents all over the country incuding london where some agents dont even pick up phone or respond to e mails. Jeremy and his team are thorough, reliable and have a real sixth sense for what they do.

26th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)You definitely get what you pay for, and the help and support I received from Matt, Nicola and the team in Thame was excellent. I chose them because of the help I had received in the previous year or so, answering emails, providing a valuation (for free) - and they did not let me down. They were the only shining light in a difficult and horrible process. Selling a house is a really stressful process; doing it because the owner has dementia and cannot live alone is infinitely more stressful and difficult. The Fisher German team did whatever they could to make it bearable. Thank you Matt, Nicola and the rest of the team
15th Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)233 WORTING ROAD. Our interaction with this estate agent has been shocking from start to finish. We viewed this property and gave the offer of the asking price due to the alleged situation of the vendor only for the owner of the estate agent to ring up trying to squeeze more money out of us. After out offer was accepted we then started the normal process to proceed with the sale. We have just gone through the process of employing a level 3 structural surveyor as well as a Structural engineer, The findings had come back with major subsidence to all 4 corners of the property as well major building issues. The property is at best worth around £250k. If you are thinking about dealing with these crooks be very very careful. Feel free to reach out to us for the reports which we happily give out to avoid any one falling foul of these vile people. He was understanding when hurdles cropped up and always showed patience and compassion to my elderly mother. A great agent in all respects but in this case with assisted living properties.

They have a fantastic team with a refreshingly positive approach to everything and certainly know how to sell a property, delivering clear concise sales messages supported by top quality videos and brochures, Other team members proactively monitor and support getting the sale through to exchange, something few agents do well. Based on my own recent experience therefore I would definitely recommended Hawksman.

Special thanks to Hansa who was always available and responsive to our concerns throught our tenure. These guys would be my first point of contact if ever I had to rent within the locality again.
18th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We chose King's at Borough Green to sell my mothers house (under probate) as Jonathan was the most understanding and clear of all the Agents we tried. He was clear about the expectations and lead me to believe that the market was right to sell. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the team organised viewings and offers so that I had no hassle and was guided all the way through. Karen was brilliant at communication and chasing down the chain to see what was occurring - am sure we would not achieved a successful sale without her. In summary, I would recommend the whole team at King's.
