31st Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)We used Linay and Shipp for selling our house and buying a new house, and were very impressed by their service right from the start to finish. Every staff is helpful and lovely, nothing is ever too much trouble for them. They provided a professional photographer taking high quality photos for our property, and we had three viewing requests within two hours after the property listed. They were also very good with dealing with different types of buyers, and really stood up for us when there were unreasonable requests. They helped us manage the tedious conveyancing process: chasing solicitors and providing us with regular update in terms of what is going on. They made the whole house selling process much less stressful.
In terms of finding our new home, they were very engaging in showing us the property, and were patient in answering all our questions. We requested two more viewings of the property after made an offer, and they were just as patient and helpful as we haven’t made an offer. In fact, we have learnt lots of great ideas on property improvements from them, and are implementing some of them right now.
A big thank you to Breda, Jacqui, Lucy, Debbie and Helen for taking good care of us throughout the whole process, and we would recommend to them to anyone in a heartbeat!

Sue, Sarah and the team handled the issue quickly, graciously and with the utmost integrity. They made a stressful situation much easier to handle, and I would not hesitate to recommend this agency.

An honest and extremely helpful discussion on what's involved and how to proceed. Highly recommended as a point of contact and will not hesitate to use should the need arise.

21st Oct 2025 (1 year ago)I had an outstanding experience working with Daniel Krieger and the team at Harding Green on the sale of my property in the West Hampstead area. Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.
9th Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)I would urge prospective buyers to exercise caution when purchasing through Just 4 Bungalows. While we understand an estate agent's primary client is the seller, buyers still deserve basic transparency, proactive communication, and fair treatment, none of which we experienced.
We had an offer accepted in February on a probate property. After months of chasing for clarity due to contradictory and misinformed updates passed along from the seller's solicitor via the agent, we discovered through our own solicitor in June that the probate application had actually been rejected. A resubmission was required, leaving us facing an indefinite wait with zero clarity on timelines. Throughout this, the agency acted merely as a passive conduit rather than seeking genuine answers, and when we raised concerns about the delays, we were met with dismissiveness and flippantly told we could just pull out.
After investing months of time and substantial expense as first-time buyers, we ultimately withdrew. We submitted a formal complaint detailing these issues, but management refused to take accountability, brushed off the concerns, and failed to offer even a basic apology for the mishandling of the transaction.
If you are a buyer, be prepared to do all the chasing yourself, as their loyalties remain strictly with the seller and buyers are not valued.
