24th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)They took money to rent the house and didnd give You at the end of Your contract. When is free letting. Raj there guy has seem very very unfair did not repair or check tab leaking, wardrobs kitchen floors.
He lives in near by.

We never felt like we were never heard, even though I am a bit of a cautious person and been told it’s too much at time, the guys at Good Neighbours never made me feel like I was doing too much. Without valid reason the agent cancelled my application and r
relisted The property with higher rent
All credit checks done and full deposit was made on December 2025
And cancelled on April 2026
Ridiculous amount of time was wasted by this agent
very unprofessional , Agent were Demanding more security for Landlord even I offered 6months of Deposits But not respected, Landlord was happy But not the agent, Because of thir Greed
they wanted to increase rent and finaly they relisted with higher rent asking

Gavin at Hook Homes was excellent from start to finish and made the whole sale remarkably easy.
He was incredibly straightforward and easy to deal with, always just a text away whenever I needed something and consistently quick to respond.
A genuinely excellent service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gavin and Hook Homes to anyone selling their property.

As I could only view the property for the first (and only time before putting in an offer) via facetime, I was grateful for her attention to detail whilst we were on the phone. I absolutely love my new place so thank you Caroline for making it happen!

6th Jan 2020 (6 years ago)We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Glenn Flegg, and in particular, Luke when they sold my 96 year old Grandfather's home. Not only were they very sensitive to his needs and the challenges of moving home after 60 years, they were also patient in dealing with both my mum and I (especially when calls with me also involved me trying to keep two toddlers quiet at the same time).
We were happy with the guidance they provided, the sale price achieved and the process of organising the bookings which minimised the upheaval and effort involved for my granddad, and kept my mum and I informed.
29th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)I have been renting a property managed by Howard Baker Estates for three years. The property was presented really well and maintained periodically by them. Really impressed with their professionalism in handling things right from renting, maintenance, periodic checks etc. Sam and Team does a great job in managing all these aspects. Renters can feel relaxed if they get such expert property managers. I recommend Howard Baker Estates due to the quality of their properties.
