London is notorious for difficult letting agents, but Oliver Whiteford is genuinely one of the best. We rented through him for two years and it was a great experience from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout - we could reach him constantly via a WhatsApp group anytime, and he was always very quick to resolve any issues that came up. He was consistently transparent and honest in how he handled everything, and always made us feel like a priority as tenants, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. He was also incredibly accommodating when we ran into trouble with our move-out dates and notice periods, going out of his way to be flexible. Any tenant renting through him is in very good hands. Highly recommend - thank you for everything!

As students who came to the UK, finding a place to live can be quite stressful, but Charles & Co made the process so much easier for me and my girlfriend, Manvi. They gave us a place to call home and made us feel welcome from the beginning.
What I really appreciate about this agency is how friendly and caring everyone is. They’re always polite, approachable, and happy to help. Every time we visit their office, they treat us with so much kindness that it genuinely feels like visiting family rather than just dealing with a letting agency.
Throughout our nine months with them, we’ve had no issues, and our experience has been nothing but positive. It’s not just about finding a place to live; it’s about having people who make you feel comfortable and supported, especially when you’re living away from home in a new country.
I’m genuinely grateful to the whole Charles & Co team for everything they’ve done for us. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a place to live. Thank you for making these nine months such a lovely experience! ??

23rd Sep 2024 (2 years ago)If I could give 0 stars, I would. I opted to withdraw my offer on a property despite being so over the moon it was accepted and loving the house. So sorry to the seller, but it was not worth risking my mental health in dealing with an abrupt, pompous individual. Didn’t even acknowledge my email, though unsurprising given the communication thus far! Shame Rightmove doesn’t allow you to filter out agents!

I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average
