26th May 2021 (5 years ago)Coffee shops abound in all parts of the world and Tooting Bec is no exception but Walker Wyatt, on exiting Tooting Bec tube station, is worthy of a gold star for the uality of its coffee. The few seats outside can ocassionally host a few rum people and don't be surprised to hear the loud wailing of police and ambulances.
1st Jul 2021 (5 years ago)We recently purchased a house in Harrow-on-the-Hill where Squires were acting for the sellers.
I can honestly say that it was the best experience of having an agent on the other side that I have had. Mr Chand was extremely helpful in ensuring that the transaction moved at pace (our offer was accepted on 29 May 2021, we completed on 30 June 2021) and was always contactable and responsive.
If you are looking for an estate agent, you could not do better.

I have never had a problem with them.
They have responded quickly and very professionally to any problems I have had.
I expect, or hope to carry on living here indefinitely?

Made so much smoother by the care shown to us from the agency, of note Antonia. What a gem she is. Thanks again to her and the others, would recommend!

17th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Taylor Smith managed a fast refurbishment of my London house, completed at a very competitive price. They now manage the house as it is rented out, that's running very smoothly as well.
Unlike many agents I have used in the last 35 years, they understand that I am the client and treat me appropriately.
First class company??????
29th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)The company is horrible. They are not interested in anything. They are very unprofessional, not responding to emails or phones. They are not refunding a deposit and finding unrealistic excuses not to refund the deposit. I won't recommend anyone to work for the company. Very very bad experience.
