The phone reception was not good and I couldn't understand what he was saying on the other line. I asked him to repeat and HE HUNG UP ON ME. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. What kind of a "reputable" company are you representing?

14th Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)I have been a tenant for almost 7 years in one of their rental properties in Harold Hill. I have never had a problem with them. They have responded quickly and very professionally to any problems I have had. I expect, or hope to carry on living here indefinitely?

Made so much smoother by the care shown to us from the agency, of note Antonia. What a gem she is. Thanks again to her and the others, would recommend!
