5th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)I had a viewing for a let with Abinaya and she was very patient and sweet. She told me also that she can show me another house as well. She explained everything, from the council tax down to other all nice features of the house. Good experience

What my brother and I loved about Darren was he constantly kept in touch with us, contacted the solicitors regularly. We completed the sale very quickly. Hunters are very lucky to have such a good person working for them, I would recommend Hunters/Darren to anyone who is selling there house A big thank you from Keith and Kay
7th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)Extremely poor experience dealing with Hilton Estates.<br><br>Construction works at a neighbouring property resulted in roof tiles and building debris being left in the shared alleyway, which damaged my Ethernet cable and left my internet connection to my outhouse/office unusable.<br><br>I repeatedly contacted Hilton Estates about the issue and was repeatedly told that it would be dealt with. I was also told that a skip would be arranged to clear the debris. It ultimately took approximately one month for the alleyway to be cleared.<br><br>In the meantime, I had to take matters into my own hands and arrange the necessary repair to my damaged network connection. I have now paid £450 for the repair and installation work myself, as well as £96.95 for replacement equipment and materials, bringing my total costs to £546.95.<br><br>I have provided the relevant invoices, receipts and supporting evidence, yet despite the repair now being completed, I still have not received payment or clear confirmation that the £546.95 will be reimbursed.<br><br>There was also a telephone conversation in which reimbursement of the repair costs was discussed, which I have retained for my records.<br><br>While I acknowledge that the alleyway has now finally been cleared, taking approximately a month to resolve the issue and the continued failure to resolve the outstanding reimbursement are extremely disappointing.<br><br>The communication and handling of this matter have been poor throughout. I would strongly recommend keeping detailed records, photographs, invoices and written confirmation of any commitments when dealing with this company.
18th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)Simple have been excellent. My sale dragged on from November to yesterday for all sorts of reasons. Harkiran my agent kept me constantly updated and also answered all my stupid questions! I am.very happy with Simple Estate Agents and would definitely recommend.

I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Kasim, who assisted and supported me throughout the process of terminating my contract early due to personal reasons. They are professional and genuinely care about their clients. 11/10 would recommend ????????

6th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Following today's experience regarding the viewing of Acacia Mews, I wish to cancel tomorrow's rearranged viewing and request that no further correspondence be made to me regarding this property or any future properties through your agency.<br><br>My husband and I took time out of our day to attend a viewing that had been confirmed. We arrived on time, waited patiently despite the agent arriving late, and then waited further while issues with the burglar alarm were resolved. After all of this, we were informed that the owner was unwilling to allow the viewing to proceed because she claimed she had not been informed, despite the property already being open and the alarm having been switched off.<br><br>What was most disappointing was not simply that the viewing did not take place, but the complete lack of professionalism in how the situation was handled. At no point did we receive a sincere apology for the inconvenience or the considerable amount of our time that had been wasted. Instead, we were simply asked for our next availability, as though the experience had been acceptable.<br><br>Having travelled to the property, rearranged our day, and waited patiently throughout, I found the entire experience extremely disappointing and disrespectful. It has unfortunately left me with little confidence in your agency's level of organisation and customer service.<br><br>I appreciate that unforeseen issues can occur. However, the way they are managed is what reflects the professionalism of an agency, and regrettably, this experience fell far below the standard I would expect.<br><br>*Please remove my details from your mailing list, and do not contact me regarding this or any other properties in the future*<br>Kind regardsHiltons Estates - West Drayton

13th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I've rated this for the £500 estate agent fee, not the £2000 listing fee. The first Purple Bricks estate agent that visited to value the property and explain the service was Dean and he was excellent. Of the local estate agents I spoke to, his valuation was the best researched and his advice to list the property as "offers over", the most appropriate. The other estate agents all made unrealistic valuations much higher than the final sale price. The property was listed within days and Dean was very helpful during this process. We then paid a further £500 to have an estate agent show potential buyers around the property. Unfortunately, this was not Dean but one of his colleagues, Caroline. She insisted on open house viewings on a Saturday. This meant that some potential buyers weren't able to attend and those that did had limited time to view. We vacated the property during viewings, leaving Caroline with a set of keys. On two occasions we returned home to find the back door wide open. Having subsequently spoken to those buyers that were interested, she often gave them the wrong information on the property. Once we found a buyer Caroline's attention quickly drifted away and attempts to get her to liaise with the buyer proofed fruitless in the vast majority of cases, with her often ignoring any requests for her to call us. This led to the sale taking two months longer than necessary, with our seller's estate agent often having to provide advice and support to move the sale along. I would recommend Purple Bricks if you are not in a chain and have a relatively straightforward property sale. The advice on valuation and listing was excellent and the quality of the photographs and listing text was good.

He was highly organised, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly carried out thorough research before offering advice - everything was backed by insight, rather than guesswork.<br><br>His communication was excellent throughout the entire process: responsive, transparent, and professional.
