For work I was based far from London and they went above and beyond to enable me to sell the flat - sorting out various issues that came up without me having to travel back. I started with another agent who was not able to get nearly as many viewings, so I switched to Oliver Jacques. They were on the ball and James was arranging viewings and always willing to help. When there was a delay related to the Lease, Rosalie problem solved and pushed things forward, finding solutions and working with us to get the sale over the line. Thanks to all at OJ.

20th Mar 2026 (3 days ago)I’ve had the pleasure of working with Russell Simpson, and in particular Ali Carter, over a 14-year tenancy at Upper Cheyne Row in Chelsea and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the experience has been consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely collaborative. Ali has been a pleasure to deal with throughout, always approachable, efficient, and thoughtful in her communication. Over such a long tenancy, what stood out most was the level of trust, continuity, and mutual respect maintained on all sides. The recent end of tenancy process was handled seamlessly and in a very fair and constructive manner, which I greatly appreciated. It’s rare to find this level of service and consistency over such a long period, and I would not hesitate to recommend Ali and the wider Russell Simpson team to anyone looking for a high-quality, well-managed experience in Prime Central London. Loraine's experience helped to progress my purchase through incredibly quickly, and she is not only fast to respond to emails and queries, but is also absolutely delightful to deal with. The video by Corinne was amazing and the property was live and on the market within hours. It sold on the first viewing for above the marketed value. Although completion took longer than anticipated Paul & Dawn kept us updated throughout the process. I cannot recommend Local Agent enough. Denise and Ken

The advice they gave was very honest and direct which I found very refreshing compared to previous experiences with other agents. I would highly recommend Loporto Browne!

They are all professional, punctual and not afraid to pick up the phone and tell you how it is, which is a massive plus! I was advised to get in touch with them after being massively let down by another company and the difference in quality of service has been night and day! If you want to deal with genuine people who get the job done then give these guys a go! I have always been told that selling your house is supposed to be one of the most stressful things to do but I haven't found anything to be stressful with these guys, especially given how average the market is at the moment! 5* service, highly recommend!
