As a first-time buyer, the whole process felt quite daunting at the start, but Mini was incredibly supportive from day one. She took the time to explain every step clearly, always responded promptly, and made sure I never felt lost or overwhelmed. Mini also acted as a great point of contact between me and the solicitors, helping to move things along smoothly and keeping communication flowing so that nothing stalled. Her patience, professionalism, and reassuring approach made a huge difference and turned what could have been a stressful experience into a really positive one. I’m truly grateful for all the help and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I highly recommend Abatoria Estate Agents — especially Mini — to anyone, and particularly to first-time buyers looking for guidance and support.

The sale required careful coordination between the buyer’s solicitor and the buyer’s broker, and the team managed that very well. Communications were clear and timely, explanations were straightforward, and when issues arose they worked hard to make sure everyone was kept updated, and the sale reached completion. Overall, a dependable, no?nonsense team—worth considering if you want agents who stay organised, explain the situation clearly, and see a sale through competently. 24th May 2024 (1 year ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.

They are, without doubt, one of the best letting agencies I’ve come across in London in a long time. A special mention goes to Koyer, who truly stood out throughout my stay. He made the entire experience incredibly comfortable — always approachable, responsive at any time of the day, and remarkably efficient at getting things sorted. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely dedicated to making tenants feel at ease, and Koyer is exactly that kind of person. If you’re looking for a real estate agency in London that actually cares about its clients, Nathan Andrews Agency is the one to go with. Highly recommended!

30th Jun 2023 (2 years ago)Cromwells were professional throughout but were affected by a slowing market due to increased interest rates. This meant that they were unable to get the number of anticipated viewings and were unable to sell my house. I took the decision to move agents to try and speed up a sale but Cromwells did get some viewings and their communication was good.

The agents involved in viewings could do with some training in this aspect. Having dealt with other agents in the past I know what ‘good service’ looks like. This unfortunately was not it.

What I particularly appreciated was that they’re not overly aggressive in their approach - there’s no pressure or unnecessary stress, which you sometimes experience with other agencies. Communication was clear and consistent and they were always responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. They were supportive rather than pushy.

Throughout the process, the team was professional, supportive, and easy to communicate with. There were some unexpected issues during the transaction which caused quite a bit of delay, but they did a great job coordinating between all parties and helping move things forward. I really appreciate their support and would happily recommend I AM Real Estate to anyone looking to buy or sell property.
