18th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)We bought our first home property by Plaza Estates through Rodney Symington estate agent. Rodney ticked all the boxes from our first viewing. Humble, agile, reachable, kind, informative are all qualities that came through in the process. He sees through the buyer's lens as well, not just the seller's. Usually when you kick off conveyancing for a property you're purchasing, estate agents will fall off the grid. Rodney was present every step of the way, facilitating matters when they stalled with the seller's solicitor in a kind, polite and professional matter to keep the ball rolling. Rodney, thank you for making this buying experience in London pleasant for us as first time buyers. For those out there looking to buy or sell, I cannot recommend enough Rodney and Plaza Estates. They will be our first choice in the future.

13th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I felt very fortunate to work with Tom and Lewis from the outset, Tom is a fair minded individual who evaluates carefully his clients and their requirements and it pays off in the relationships he forms which is one of trust. Lewis had only just started at Winkworth when we put our house on the market but delivered great buyers for our house which is very special and important to us as we had loved there for over 27 years

15th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)They are extremely rude and unprofessional people. Do not expect any good from them. They literally hang up a phone call without any explanation or apology. They talk to people like they are shit.
18th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Untrustworthy agency. All tenants were unexpectedly served via email a 3-week illegal eviction notice. We were informed that the house had been sold and the new owner would be moving in with his family. However, turns out that the house was being advertised on booking.com as a guest house.<br><br>Not only they were completely dishonest with all tenants but we still had to endure having complete strangers in the house, on a daily basis. It was a seven-bedroom house and at that time, there were two vacant rooms. I had people knocking at my door late in the evening, strangers entering in my bedroom without even knocking, as well as guests helping themselves of my food and crockery from my cupboard. People, mostly tourists were also shocked to find out that what was supposed to be a guest house, was in reality a houseshare, where the respective tenants were being illegally forced out of the house.<br><br>Whilist I witnessed the dispair of my housemates in trying to find a new place to live, I refused to move out within the time frame that I had been given. I stayed for a month, leaving in the house my own brand new bed and matress for the guests to make use of and enjoy, while I had no choice but to move out of the property.<br><br>Despite such stressful situation, I was still humble enough to ask them multiple times if they had other properties available in the same area, to which the answer has always been no. Greediness has prevailed from their side, despite having been their tenant for several years. Therefore, I am leaving this review as a way of warning people about this dishonest and unconsiderate agency, who will not hesiate to go out of their way where money is concerned. Without taking into consideration how their actions will impact the lives of the people involved.<br><br>Please, also be aware that all 5-star reviews on here are from their agency members of staff, friends and family.

Lesley and the team were professional, friendly and helpful from start to finish. The whole process was dealt with smoothly, with any queries dealt with promptly and reassuringly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them as they really did make what can be a stressful time, that bit easier for us! Thank you Cromwells

10th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Really rude scruffy asian woman showed me around a few flats. Looked down on me and acted like a snob, I will be taking my interest in purchasing elsewhere. Do not enquire or deal with Pickwick unless you are keen on being stereotyped. AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you value being treated with dignity.

4th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Absolutely disgusting by the way I have been treated at the end of my tenancy. The agency tried to take the money off my deposit for things like lighting bulb that was fully working or normal wear and tear. The people should stop trying to get the money off the tenants in such a disgusting way. Please be very careful as they lie about everything!!

27th Sep 2025 (25 weeks ago)Very grateful to Stuart and Lewis at Bromley Property Company. They managed to sell my mother's house in less than a week for the full asking price. A very impressive feat given how tough the market is for sellers at the moment! They're extremely helpful, friendly people to deal with and did a great job of liaising between my mother and the buyer. To top it all off, their fees are much lower than most local estate agents. I'll definitely use Bromley Property Company when I sell my own property. Huge thanks, Stuart and Lewis!

17th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)After a disappointing start with no communication and the fact we wanted to move to another estate agent, we agreed to start again and have new photos taken and increase the visibility of the property. This resulted in more viewings however we did have to reduce the price of the property from what it was originally priced. It did attract more viewings but I felt we had to prompt the agents to get more done. They did eventually do everything that was required and sometimes we beyond what we expected.
30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)The reviews speak for themselves! We’ve recently purchased a house from them and genuinely can’t recommend them enough…if I could give more than 5 stars I would! We initially weren’t sure whether we wanted to rent or buy and had contacted a few different companies in the area/went in and provided our details (I heard back from none of them except for Hetti at Ralph James within an hour of contacting them). She is the reason we now have a house! Her communication was excellent, she is transparent, friendly and very trustworthy. I will only use RJ in future! Thank you Hetti! I would also highly recommend using their suggestions for solicitors and mortgage broker, both of which were excellent.
