18th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)Had a very positive experience using Brinsons to let my property. Megan Cannon and Abigail Bright kept me well informed and answered all my questions of which there were many being a 1st time landlord. They are very knowledgeable and i would recommend them both.

If ever anything needed doing her team were straight on it and resolved the issue. I would highly recommend Kimberley and her team.

Further to the great support they sold the property on the first day!! You could not ask for more ????????????????

From start to finish, the service we received was absolutely outstanding, and a huge part of that was down to Charlene and Alice.<br><br>Charlene was incredible throughout the entire process of finding a buyer and securing our sale. Her dedication, commitment and communication were second to none. She worked tirelessly every step of the way, and even when she was on holiday, she continued to go above and beyond to keep everything moving and keep us informed. It was clear that she genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for us, and we cannot thank her enough for all her hard work and dedication.<br><br>Alice, the director, was equally fantastic. She liaised with all parties involved, handled numerous obstacles with real professionalism and made what could have been an incredibly stressful process feel far more manageable. Her calm, confident approach gave us reassurance throughout, and she seemed to find a solution to every challenge that arose.<br><br>Selling a property is never straightforward, and our sale certainly had its fair share of hurdles. However, the determination, expertise and teamwork shown by Charlene and Alice were exceptional. They consistently went above and beyond what we would ever have expected from an estate agent.<br><br>Fine & Country should be incredibly proud to have these two ladies representing them. 25th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Nick Director of the estate agent; doesn’t accepted he isn’t perfect unwilling to make any amendments to property brochure, even though they got a legal obligation to describe the property accurately. When questioned over why he’s refusing to say it is porcelain tiles when its ceramic tiles He says its semantics, They are working against sellers by not listing a property accurately and fairly and are working against sellers! Below is screen shot of their response which flat out says no to any amendments. Certainly not worth £4000+vat fixed fee

13th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)It took a while in what was a rather depressed housing market, but House and Home delivered and found a buyer for our property. The property was a little off the beaten track and part of a managed estate, so it was very definitely a bit of a niche market.<br><br>Ian took on board our thoughts and ideas whilst expertly guiding us if they were a little unrealistic. With that he created a very impressive online brochure. Once sold, it was mainly Clare who kept us in the picture and endeavoured to make sure that all the other agents who were involved were on track. House and Home worked for us and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We chose Thomson Young over others for a more personal yet very knowledgeable approach and were not disappointed. We would not hesitate to recommend this growing business to others for a fresh approach to property, much more responsive, flexible and personable to deal with they managed every aspect and communications were clear, frequent and transparent. Property angels at a stressful time. Diolch!!
