7th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Happy to let properties before viewings are concluded, and cancelling viewings the night before I was due to see them. Very unprofessional.
5th Jun 2026 (15 weeks ago)Went to 5 estate agents initially but chose to commission Darlows after a confident pitch from their lead agent. We doubted the valuation but were assured due diligence had been conducted, so we went with their expertise. Within 2 weeks, the person we had been dealing with left and we were asked to reduce the price by £25k. Photographs were poor and we had to have a second set created. For the 20 week period of the contract, we only had 1 viewing but the marketing report showed 2 as they counted the visit of the photographer being a visit. The 1 viewing we had, the estate agent asked if the house was listed in front of the potential buyers, which showed à lack of market knowledge, which left us lacking any confidence moving forwards. The 2nd person who acted as our contact has now left the branch and once our contract ends we’re looking to commission a new estate agent. Overall, an extremely disappointing experience and sadly, we can’t recommend Darlows to anyone.
18th Nov 2020 (5 years ago)I rented an executive property with Keylet at the beginning of March and can honestly say that the keylet team went above and beyond to make my rental experience a good one. As I have recently relocated to Wales I was a unaware of the local area etc to which Dan in the lettings department went out of his way to fill me in with all the good things to do, as well as recommend a lovely area to live. Reading the reviews I see a mixed bag of opinions, however I can hand on my heart recommend the Keylet team to provide you with a property that will leave you feeling proud, secure and satisfied. If I ever find myself wanting to move again I will be using the team at Keylet.

29th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)Difficult to judge when you have had little traffic to view the property with no explanantion as to why? Was it the wrong time of year, was it the advertising (little evidence)? Value for money, we spend nothing. The agency was friendly but lacked in keeping us informed.
10th Apr 2026 (23 weeks ago)Have sold an inherited property and rented with Ferriers. They work with heart and integrity and have made both experiences with them easy. The integrity of an estate agent really does matter and these guys are miles ahead of competitors. They are supportive and have made stressful times more bearable. Should I find myself looking for a property in the future then Ferriers will 100% be my first port of call. Thank you to you all at Ferriers ….this is exactly how an estate agents should operate xx

4th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)Rented a few properties from Phillips homes as had to down size. There was a few issues with the first property which was damp due to condensation. Asked for advice to remedy this and staff attended and gave advice on what I needed to do and how they could help resolving the condensation and now all is good. Unknowingly I wasn’t venting the property as I should which seams to be common with terraced houses in the valley. New Humidity Extractors were installed kitchen/bathroom. Problem solved. Can’t thank the staff at the office enough.<br>Great service even though they were extremely busy.<br>Thanks again ??????

23rd Jan 2023 (3 years ago)Made a stressful experience much easier. Nothing was too much trouble when contacting office and Sarah Francis kept me informed at all times, more than solicitors did ! Would also like to mention Lewis Manners and Sarah Bunting for their professionalism and always returning my numerous phone calls.

8th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)Very rude and ableist staff! Spoke to a very disrespectful girl that scolded my partially sighted partner for making a mistake on a form! As she clearly wasnt brought up properly i feel she needs to have some training EDL as soon as possible!!
13th Apr 2026 (22 weeks ago)Excellent service from Black bear from the start to finish both Sarah And Nia where very knowledgeable and very helpful nothing was to much trouble for them even when we had a few third party issues they where there to get things back on track and moving again. Highly recommended

I had a few problems my end and they were so understanding and communicated to both parties throughout the process. I can not thank them enough and I would definitely recommend this estate agents, they are a breath of fresh air
