14th Oct 2023 (2 years ago)Disappointed, impossible to get an answer quick enough so keep missing out on properties. Have struggled to find a property in Cardiff and when I do and contact the agents they take too long to answer/will not pass all the details I put forward to the landlords.
18th Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)Had a very positive experience using Brinsons to let my property. Megan Cannon and Abigail Bright kept me well informed and answered all my questions of which there were many being a 1st time landlord. They are very knowledgeable and i would recommend them both.
6th Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)I had an excellent experience working with Matthew from First4Rentals. From the very beginning he was incredibly helpful, professional, and quick to respond to every question. The whole rental process was clear, smooth and handled with great care. Matthew went above and beyond to make everything easy — he explained every step, kept me updated throughout, and made sure the agreement reflected exactly what was discussed. Even after receiving the keys, he acted immediately when I reported small issues and arranged help straight away. It’s rare to find someone so reliable, honest and genuinely supportive. I’m very grateful for his assistance and highly recommend Matthew to anyone looking for a property or working with First4rentals. Excellent service!

I dealt mainly with Chloe and she was brilliant at communicating throughout the whole process, always returning calls or emails promptly and giving regularupdates. She actually saved me a big delay, due to my surveyors, by noticing they hadn't been in touch with the vendor after they told we they would be. Overall I would highly recommend.

We are extremely pleased with the service, professionalism and attitude that Smooth Move have shown us. Highly recommended!
25th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)This agent did not provide any terms and conditions. Their photographs of my property were appalling and they totally ignored all of my concerns about their shameful service. They did not put an offer to me that they received on my property and told me what solicitor they wished to use for the conveyancing prior to any consultation with me. They have an appalling sales record compared to other local agents who sell properties far quicker than this incompetent agent who completely ignored my concerns AND instructions throughout. I can not put into words how shameful this agent was in dealing with the sale of my house. Concerns and instructions ignored and not acted upon this disgracefully incompetent agent took over 15 months to sell a very desirable property on a much sought after estate. Please refer to GETAGENT to see the shamefully disgusting time these ametures take to sell properties compared to other local agents. DISGRACEFUL service from an incompetent and out of touch, arrogant estate agent.

17th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Great advice from Martin on a commercial property that I own. With the help of Martin I was able to tie my tenants in to a long term lease suited to both of us. Having dealt with commercial estate agents in the past I have never had any sound advice….my opinions have now changed. Thanks again Martin and team. I will definitely be recommending yourself. See you in 10 years for same…bet your glad to see the back of us lol.

4th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I would not hesitate to recommend Thomas Estate Agents. Every member of staff with whom I have had contact has been patient, communicative, friendly, and professional. I know I have a tendency to over communicate and be over eager in terms of looking for information on what I should be doing or updates, and they have always been very understanding - never made me feel like a nuisance! As a person with the sole responsibility of moving with a child, it can be a daunting and stressful experience. Having the right estate agent can significantly lessen that stress and I can say that is the case for Thomas Estate Agents. Thank you! For context, there are houses in my area that have been on the market a long time. Considering this being summer time where things can be a little slower from what I understand, mine was only on the market for around 6 weeks I believe before we had an offer. Up until this point, communication about viewings was great. Peter, who eventually sold my property, has been fantastic! I believe he is new, but you wouldn't know it. Thank you all!
13th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Fine and Country we’re absolutely exceptional in every way. Charlene and Alice were both welcoming, understanding, professional, helpful … the list goes on. We had a very difficult buying and selling process that lasted many months with ups and downs but if it wasn’t for Charlene and Alice’s persistence, help and guidance we wouldn’t got it over the line. We’re extremely grateful for all they’ve done for us. They went above and beyond and we love our new home. I cannot give enough praise and this review doesn’t do justice to how great they’ve been throughout the whole process. Diolch! Thank you very very much!

25th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Nick Director of the estate agent; doesn’t accepted he isn’t perfect unwilling to make any amendments to property brochure, even though they got a legal obligation to describe the property accurately. When questioned over why he’s refusing to say it is porcelain tiles when its ceramic tiles He says its semantics, They are working against sellers by not listing a property accurately and fairly and are working against sellers! Below is screen shot of their response which flat out says no to any amendments. Certainly not worth £4000+vat fixed fee
