Lucia perfectly balanced the needs of both purchaser and seller...<br>Lucia ensured the best available price for her client, who entrusted the property to her...However, we never felt pressured to pay more than we felt fair, and the service she provided was second to none. Second and third inspections were never a problem, and Lucia was always so approachable and ready to answer questions or address any concerns to ensure our transaction kept moving forward. Whenever we went into the office in Cirencester, the whole team was so professional but still friendly and welcoming.<br>Whether you are buying or selling a mansion or a studio apartment, I can't imagine any more genuine people to be dealing with and we feel incredibly fortunate to have had Lucia managing our transaction making it smooth sailing to the very end.
