14th Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)Following various conversations with several estate agents we chose Bradleys primarily due to the professional attitude of Rachel Malone, the manager. She assisted with recommendations for portraying our house at its best and we secured a buyer within three weeks . There were communication difficulties within the chain but Rachel’s dogged persistence ensured that the sale completed. I would definitely use Bradleys again and think they provide a superior service.

6th Jun 2026 (15 weeks ago)In a calming market, Tom, Jenny and team managed to secure a number of viewings. An excellent offer was secured for my mother's property. The delay in completion was due to a lengthy land registry issue thatvrequired sorting with the deeds. Throughout the process, Jennie and Laura kept me informed of progress. They managed to smooth the waters between solicitors, even though at times the legal process was quite draining, stressful and draining. Many tha ks go Jennie for your patience with me and to Tom for charging upnthe security camera on the outside of the property from time to time. A selling fee well deserved. Well done, team!
9th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)With particular reference to Lucia Guillaca, who at the time was based at the Butler Sherborn office in Cirencester and has since moved to Burford, my husband and I cannot speak more highly of our experience in buying our lovely stone cottage in Fossebridge. Lucia perfectly balanced the needs of both purchaser and seller...<br>Lucia ensured the best available price for her client, who entrusted the property to her...However, we never felt pressured to pay more than we felt fair, and the service she provided was second to none. Second and third inspections were never a problem, and Lucia was always so approachable and ready to answer questions or address any concerns to ensure our transaction kept moving forward. Whenever we went into the office in Cirencester, the whole team was so professional but still friendly and welcoming.<br>Whether you are buying or selling a mansion or a studio apartment, I can't imagine any more genuine people to be dealing with and we feel incredibly fortunate to have had Lucia managing our transaction making it smooth sailing to the very end. Having carried out the recommended survey work on the exterior of the property, we were interested to find out how this had affected the value of the property. James very kindly carried out a valuation without any commitment knowing we had no intent in moving. He managed to carry out the survey on the day. Fabulous service, very grateful, thank you.

28th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)The whole of my 'Interview' came across as getting a low cost valuation and sales pitch just to get customers to view. It ended up me taking the property (despite having an interested buyer) completely off the market. It left me and my property feeling totally unworthy. Very unhappy with Haarts tactics.
1st May 2026 (20 weeks ago)The owner Jamie was so rude and arrogant, they didn’t tell the vendors about another offer on their property to which we went and kindly spoke to them and they confirmed they knew nothing about it. He even had the cheek to say well I’ve checked your chain and your buyers buyer isn’t sold and if your estate agent was any good they would check this? I checked this and it turns out it is sold and he got the house wrong. I refuse to buy any house from them to line the pocket of such a rude man
