14th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)Following various conversations with several estate agents we chose Bradleys primarily due to the professional attitude of Rachel Malone, the manager. She assisted with recommendations for portraying our house at its best and we secured a buyer within three weeks . There were communication difficulties within the chain but Rachel’s dogged persistence ensured that the sale completed. I would definitely use Bradleys again and think they provide a superior service.

Particular thanks for dealing so effectively with the solicitors for both sides and eliminating what can otherwise be somewhat stressful.
25th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)I had a really positive experience buying my house through Wentworth. The entire team were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout, always quick and efficient in responding to questions and keeping things moving. They stayed on top of developments across the whole chain, which made the process much less stressful. They also gave really useful recommendations for contractors and specialists for bits that came up in the survey. Would definitely recommend!

28th Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)The whole of my 'Interview' came across as getting a low cost valuation and sales pitch just to get customers to view. It ended up me taking the property (despite having an interested buyer) completely off the market. It left me and my property feeling totally unworthy. Very unhappy with Haarts tactics.

We had a long drawn out buying and selling process for various reasons and we were supported all of the way by Joseph who went above and beyond and of course the rest of the team. 26th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Moved in 2022, fire alarms not fitted just left in kitchen cupboards, mouldy and broken white goods left in place, thick mould on floors and walls. Was told it was inspected and nothing to worry about. Didn’t mind as we agreed we could carry out work to make the flat liveable and we love the area so moved in. In two years we have replaced our furniture over 4 times due to mould. 2024 come to move out, baring in mind we have spent over £1000 on flooring and decorating, carter shaw phone to tell me the decorating is not great. The walls are literally falling down and furry with mould, despite us cleaning them every week, which we have emailed countless times about to no avail. I also have doctors notes stating mould as a cause for an asthma attack. If Carter Shaw would like to say any of this is a lie I can attach emails and pictures. Avoid!

Second viewing with Finley, just as professional and then he dealt with our offers and helped us secure a mutually agreeable price - we are over the moon.
