31st Dec 2025 (24 weeks ago)D R Kivell, in our experience, perform very well. We have been involved with them on two fairly significant transactions, and have also recommended them to friends. On each occasion, the outcome has been significantly more successful than major, well known, prestigious firms, which seemed surprising? Their response times are far quicker than the major firms, too. I'm fairly cynical about estate agents in general, as they tend to make promises and predictions that they don't then actually achieve - but I can honestly say that D R Kivell, each time, have achieved what they promised, and in good time! David Kivell seems very professional - I'm from a legal and commercial property background, and I rather grilled him about whether his predictions were achievable, and he stuck to his guns, and achieved exactly what he'd said. They seem good at valuations, too. Peter Palmer seems more like a wise, experienced farmer, and therefore very friendly and helpful. And he's a good photographer. Geoff Lupton seems to be the very helpful and efficient guy who keeps everything on track. Based on our own experiences, I've formed a very high opinion of them.

Sarah handled our copious amounts of questions with grace and professionalism throughout. The Strutt & Parker team got our house on the market quickly and professionally which instantly made us feel like we had the best team batting for us. Without doubt, it was solely due to Sarah‘s well established network of contacts and buying agents that meant our house was only on the market for one day before receiving an offer at Guide price. Something we could have only dreamt of! We never appreciated the true importance of putting your house on the market at the correct guide price. This skill is something Sarah has perfected and we feel significantly contributed to the exceptionally fast start to the sale process. From accepting our offer to exchanging contracts it took us eight weeks and I know it would’ve taken longer with infinite more levels of stress without Sarah’s input - we are forever grateful and can truly say we own our dream house with great thanks to Sarah and the Strutt & Parker Salisbury team!

I feel sorry for the property owners who are selling through them. I will not be buying through them that's for sure. Stay away property sellers.

From the very first viewing right through to completion, he was so friendly, easy to talk to, and always there when we needed him. He kept us in the loop the whole way through and was always quick to come back to us if we had any questions, which made everything feel a lot less stressful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and you could tell he genuinely wanted to help things move along. Buying a house can be overwhelming, but Tom made it feel so much more manageable. He was always reassuring and just really good to deal with from start to finish. We’re really grateful for all the support from Tom and gth, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
