Holly Turtle and Liv Stasinska have been professional, patient and very practical in their support of us and our buyer during this extremely stressful and long drawn out process. Their advice when selling negotiation was excellent and even with the length of this transaction they have never faltered in their service and support. Thank you both so much… we got there in the end !!!

27th Feb 2026 (16 weeks ago)If you're looking for the best estate agent in the Paignton, Brixham area then I recommend you contact Eric Lloyd churston or Brixham,we sold through the churston office and from valuation to sale they we're incredible,very professional,Clare and Rachel,were always in contact ,we had interest in our property almost immediately from buyers in a position,rather than time wasters,so forget the other agents go for the best , Eric Lloyd you will not be disappointed.

Brilliant communication and professional which we didn’t get with our previous estate agent.- 24th Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)From the moment the phone was picked up at the office we felt as if we were treated as the only customers and nothing was too much trouble. There was professional timely communication, and regular updates. Advice was readily given and the sales team proactively managed the sale and after sales process. We highly recommend Tim, Nikki, Claire and the whole team. We spoke to 4 estate agents to organise our sale, although initially the most expensive this was more than recouped when, the highest sales figure was attained within 2 weeks, with minimal stress. This was the only agent to prepare a hosted video tour of the property with a drone presentation of the views and rural aspect attracting multiple buyers from out of the county, predominately buyers who wanted to relocate. The sales negotiators came to our house before any viewings to familiarise themselves with all the selling points. Our buyers travelled from out of county & were a busy working family who upon first viewing had a good knowledge of our property and drawings for alterations based on the guided video tour and package. The marketing model could not have been better. We would use this company to view properties remotely before committing our time to travel if buying.

18th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)Unfortunately English Homes only considered a price reduction as the way to stimulate market interest. We had 3 viewings in 12 weeks. Feedback from the viewings was that they had properties to sell but weren’t put off by the property or the price.

They spent considerable time to update and liaise with all parties, concluding well with an outcome to allow the Charity to serve those in need in Bristol. 13th Jan 2026 (22 weeks ago)Absolute waste of time. I spent over 24 hours repeatedly trying to make contact, only to be told in the end that the property was no longer available. This level of communication is completely unacceptable, and it makes you wonder whether landlords are aware of how poorly enquiries are being handled. A very frustrating and unprofessional experience and a regular occurance by the look of other reviews..
