14th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been an absolutely awful experience from start to finish. We felt constantly pressured and pushed into decisions that suited the buyers, not us. It seemed like all they cared about was what the buyers wanted, while our concerns were repeatedly ignored, even though we were paying substantial fees. At no point did we feel our side was truly heard or represented. I would never use this agency again, and I'd strongly advise others to avoid them too.
9th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)Amazing landlords when they need your money, will tell you want you want to hear but once they have what they need financially they kick you to the kerb.. telling you the property is yours for as long as you want… they giving you a bull story as to why they need the property back… taking you for your full deposit and then re letting the property for a higher price.

3rd Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)Archers Chepstow have not been transparent in their dealings with me as a buyer. I think they fail to understand that most agents factor into their valuations a knowledge of and the cost of remedial works required on the purchase of a property and represent these in the asking price, where this company expects the purchaser to discover - or not - critical defects on survey but not allow negotiations for these in an offer price put forward. You can argue they staunchly represent the seller with this stance to the buyers detriment? But without buyers who are treated with transparency and respect (note the sales negotiator) their clients will not sell and buyers pull out as in my case. We will go elsewhere as they’re many ethical transparent agencies and good properties out there.

Everyone at Goadsbys has been so professional, so helpful and so friendly and reassuring. The whole team has acted wisely throughout all the negotiations and guided us through some rough patches. We have been in good and safe hands throughout the marketing and the sale itself and we are delighted to be able to successfully move near our daughter early in the New Year. We could not have been more pleased with the service Goadsbys has given us and we highly recommend them. I shall miss the frequent, friendly contact!

Absolutely NO interest, personable approach or motivation in presentation! In short personality and sales approach of a cold fish!- This agent doesn't have any reviews

20th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)We’ve had our two flats in Torquay managed by Henrietta Klimkova at Haart since we relocated to the UAE in 2017. Although we faced some financial challenges along the way, Henrietta consistently delivered excellent support and maintained meticulous records. When the time came to sell in June 2025, her attention to detail and compliance with UK property management standards made the entire process significantly smoother. I’ll admit I used to question the fees—particularly for handling the property tax returns—but in hindsight, it was money well spent. I highly recommend their services, especially if you’re based overseas and need a reliable property manager. Even if it feels costly at first, trust me: when it comes time to sell, you’ll be grateful for the structure, documentation, and peace of mind they provide. Trying to manage it all yourself just to save a small amount isn’t worth the stress.
