9th Jan 2026 (22 weeks ago)Amazing landlords when they need your money, will tell you want you want to hear but once they have what they need financially they kick you to the kerb.. telling you the property is yours for as long as you want… they giving you a bull story as to why they need the property back… taking you for your full deposit and then re letting the property for a higher price.

29th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)Spencer's maintained an excellent partnership throughout each n every enquiry from commications to negotiations to finalising Exchange and Completion dates. Losing the first chain to a developer pulling out at the exchange jaws was a setback but did not reduce the optimism of the Spencer's team if Mark, Will, Matt, Abigail and Christy. The market experienced a slight reduction at this time with a slowing of demand so we reviewed our sales strategies and felt a price reduction was necessary. Ultimately this tactic proved very successful, with the Spencer's teaming finding many potential buyers with many offers as one proved very satisfactory to a successful Exchange date after many delays along the way, with Spencers assisting in chasing Agents, Buyers, Solicitors along the way Thank you for your excellent service you provided to us; potentially the Best Estate Agents in Dorset.

Amazing photos of the rooms by Jess, Lucy did great viewings (obviously) and Danny really went the extra mile for me and for my brother in many ways. Can 100% recommend this company. Thank you again for making sure things ran smoothly.

16th Jul 2025 (10 mo. ago)We switched agents to Goodchild after a slow 3 months with another agent. James was confident that he would get our house sold for the full guide price and he delivered. Unfortunately, our sale fell through after a number of months, just before Christmas. We were considering pulling the house from the market but James said he had other buyers and he delivered again. Our house sale completed with the new buyers very quickly and for full guide price. James brings enormous confidence and energy to the sale process. He’s resilient and ultimately delivers on his promises. We really appreciated the approach he took to communicating with us and the support provided by his team.
