29th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)We viewed a commercial unit in March 2025. We liked the unit and so were asked to put forward a proposal as there were other interested parties. We were then asked to put forward a further best and final offer. Following that, over one month later we have never heard from Alder King, despite chasing several times. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.

26th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)I have just had a building survey completed by Monk and Partners. It was very thorough and clear, with photos to illustrate the information. I found it very useful as a first time buyer. I also must highly recommend Charlotte Higgins who is incredibly helpful and a pleasure to communicate with. I hope that my purchase will be a forever home but, if I ever need to buy property again, I will definitely employ Monk and Partners for my survey.

Immediately upon meeting Carolina, I knew I made the right decision to go with Griffith Nobes. I was immediately put at ease and assured that they would be able to help me sell. From the professional photography to constant communication throughout, they made what could have been a nightmare process into an easy, stress free move. I have nothing but praise for how my house sale was handled and would absolutely recommend Griffith Nobes for anyone considering selling a property.
