Like all house purchases it had its challenges and Martin dealt with these with total professionalism working as a honest broker between me and his client. Despite arranging a full professional end-of-tenancy clean, including carpets, and leaving the property in better condition than when we moved in, this agency is now claiming they had to carry out an additional clean and that we left the property in poor condition. We have invoices, photos, videos, and email correspondence with Ridgeway confirming the work completed, yet they are still attempting to withhold our deposit. We were reliable tenants — rent was always paid on time, we were flexible with contractor access, and we fully adhered to the tenancy agreement. It’s genuinely disappointing to be treated this way after being so cooperative. I would strongly advise avoiding this estate agent if you value honesty and fairness regarding your deposit.

I have bought and latterly sold through Wild and Lye and both transactions were handled with a competence that comes from long standing experience. The service delivered is excellent and the fees are more than reasonable. I have nothing negative to say about Jonathan and Wild and Lye.

She handled the entire process with professionalism, sensitivity, and clear expertise, which made a potentially difficult time far easier. Communication was excellent throughout, and Lisa was always approachable, responsive, and reassuring. Her attention to detail and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome really stood out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a dedicated and trustworthy estate agent.

27th Aug 2021 (5 years ago)Gail and Danielle at Cornwall Estates are a breath of fresh air in the real estate business I feel. They have both been a tower of strength to me and my family during what can be a stressful life event. They have acted efficiently and impeccably right from the start and never too busy to answer or explain the slightest query. I felt very relaxed with them, they always made the buyer viewings at my convenience and I felt very happy to have them show people round my home, even in my absence. These two ladies I would describe as iron fists in velvet gloves - they are sincere, very pleasant and friendly at all times but at the same time very focused and highly professional at all times . I can't recommend them highly enough.
