When viewings came in and we were on holiday, they showed the clients round on our behalf. When offers came in, Georgia successfully negotiated a higher cost for my house. Their app to track the viewings and offers was also great! I'd recommend these guys in a heartbeat. thanks for everything

Its kinda misleading, its best to has a let agreed tag or on-offer tag to let others know not to have hopes of something that is no longer available on the market.

Firstly the way that Charlotte dealt with our negotiations over the purchase were 1st rate and Katy for helping keep our spirits up when manoeuvring through the constantly changing housing market after 2 failed sales. From our initial meeting and valuation, they really were head and shoulders above the rest, they were incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and professional throughout.<br><br>They took the time to discuss all of the feedback and offers we received and helped us come to the right decision without ever making us feel pressured. Everyone was extremely personable and genuinely cared about us, our sale and what we wanted to achieve.<br><br>We couldn’t have asked for a better team to sell our home and would highly recommend them.
