3rd Apr 2023 (1 year ago)After a horrendous time trying to sell with a business broker, we came to Fitton's a little wary and battered. I can't tell you how glad we have been to find them. Their rates are very fair, we had twice as many viewings within two day than we previously had in months. Our contact was Cerys and she worked so hard for us day in day out, pushing the process along. Graham was there too when we needed additional insight and advice. I can honestly say there customer service has been second to none, and when difficulties have arisen (through no fault of theirs) they have really had our backs and worked hard to ensure a positive outcome. Thank you Fittons, we definitely recommend them.

I had a few local estate agents out to value my home, of which, Gunter's valued my home the highest (the realistic price I expected). They are an established Formby business, who have a lot of valuable local knowledge. They rely on this local knowledge rather than antiquated sales techniques during a period when the market is slower than usual. All members of staff were easy to talk to, helpful, friendly and hard working. No hints of bluntness or condescending tone, which seemed commonplace at some other estate agents during my house hunt. I completed my onward move within 6 weeks, which is testament to the hard work and professionalism of this estate agents.
